  • The power of pedagogical relationship [Elektronski vir]

    The article highlights the importance of the pedagogical relationship. We all remember teachers whom we like to remember, who had pedagogical eros, as well as those who probably shouldn't be teachers ... because they lack appropriate approaches in their work and are primarily uninterested and inaccessible. With appropriate knowledge, personality, and didactic diversity, a quality pedagogical relationship is certainly a guarantee for quality teaching. We lead a pedagogical relationship that is comprehensive, directed toward all perceptors, and controlled by criteria outlined in the article. We must also be aware of educational goals in order to carry out our mission as expected. This would also increase the reputation of the profession, which has lost some of its former prestige in Slovenia.
