  • Razumevanje kulturnih razsežnosti v organiziranju mednarodne skupnosti
    Kirn, Marko, 1975-
The concept (idea) of culture has many dimensions and is of major significancein the culturological studies on the processes of globalization. Here we are faced with a not enough articulate use of ... the concept of culture which is a basis not only to explanation but also the to the anticipation of activities in international relations. Too fast dynamics of market-directed economic processes can lead to xenophobic economic protectionism. The major role of the political regulation of globalizational economic processes is controlling the dynamics of these processes. The regulation of the economic field presupposes a consensus about a common goal. Such a common goal can be founded on a broadly recognizable and acceptable ethical code with which individuals can identify. A major obstacle in regulating economic streams on an international level is the absence of the universal ethical code that couldsurpass territorially bound collective identities. There is an open issue. Does there exist an alternative by which the extremely negative consequences of planned economical-processes directing could be overcome, but at the same time could ascertain (enable) socially acceptable and agreeable economic development.
