  • Model izboljšanja psihičnega funkcioniranja v delovnem okolju = Model of the improvement of mental functioning in the working environment

    Everyone (employees, employers and experts) in the working environment has to effectively identify the ca use s for the risks that can threaten mental health and propose suitable measures for their ... elimination or management. The integration of various approaches ranging from risk assessment to the implementation of the programme intended to help the employees is possible only in the environment where health as a whole represents a value. The IMF Model (Model of the improvement of mental functioning) is presented. This is amodel for building the environment into which the protection of mental healthon the basis of the AH Model (availability - humanization) is integrated. The IMF Model describes the procedure in six steps and identifies points for possible influences. It integrates subjective assessment, objectivedata and expert assessments made by experts who carry out individual activities. The entire procedure is built in the form of a process and is presented by a model in the form of a graph.
