  • The integration of the elements with high motivating value : a chance for school system in a time of crisis

    Especially in times of crises, the introduction of research and innovative work into pedagogical practice represents a high motivating factor for further development of education. The quality of ... educational and instructional work with young research and innovative workers and their mentors has become one of the fundamental orientations of modern society; here we understand all the activities, which enable the development of man's intellectual potentials and bring satisfaction to young people's creative needs and desires. Parallel to this movement a new school and social system is being developed. It is stimulating the creative thinking, based on modern methods of problem solving, which train people for permanent acquisition and application of new knowledge. The above approach gives broad opportunities for the animation of primary and secondary school work and the professional promotion of their staff. It establishes new relationship between school, university, research institutes and economy, providing the adequate issues fora coordinate action in the field of cadre politics. All the activities can be constantly compared to the findings achieved abroad and enable close international collaboration of all the participants. In the article, the activities and research findings achieved in SR Slovenia (Yugoslavia) are presented.
