    The authors describe an epidemic of imported malaria among the foreign citizens that came from an African country to our country. In the period from the 10th to 17th of December, 1979 among foreign ... citizens at schooling seven persons got affected, and the total morbidity was 116,67/1000. The cause of malaria was Plasmodium falciparum at three sick persons, while at the other four it was Plasmodium vivax. The affected from the tropical malaria had a hard clinical picture, and the one of them exited with signs of malignant cerebral malaria. The influence of some favored factors on the apperance and the development of the disease is emphasized, and the udertaken anti-epidemical measures are carried out.
