    The research bases on the presumption that the international regulations about the social dialogue and other types of the communications between the management and the employees and their ... representatives may be considered as important resource for the improvements of the managerial activities. These improvements are very important in the era of the economic instability. Facing the possibility of the economic crises the communications between the employees and employers, represented by the management, must reach as good quality as possible. The social dialogue may be considered as the adequate tool in this attempt. It may be beneficial to the social partners if it bases on the international standards which may be identified in the international law. In search of the adequate international regulations which may be the source for the evaluation of the managerial practices in human resource management the attention must be paid to the regulations of the European Union, International Labour Organization and Council of Europe.
