  • Report Croatian power market dynamics & participants` characteristics : study no. 2105
    Babuder, Maks
The subject of this project was to carry out an assessment and produce a report regarding the mechanics and market functionality of the Croation power industry. The Assessment team focussed on the ... relations between OIOKI d.d. and Hrvatska Elektroprivreda Group (HEP Group) and formulated with this purposethe questions to be answered: - Does the agreement (Including annexes and developments overt/me) between entities comply with the Croatian energy law? - Do the related procedures and actions of both entities comply with the Croatian law? - Related to the first two questions, did Dioki d.d. suffer damages from either the agreement or the actions of HEP Group entities in this matter? The Croatian energy law stipulates a number of characteristics of a liberalised power market. These notions of a liberalised functioning power market are insofar crucial, because as a consequence monopolistic and unilateral actions and procedures are rendered unlawful by the Croatian energymarket-related and competition-related laws.
