  • Development of a program system for the design of rolling rotational connections

    ǂThe ǂarticle will describe a program system for the design of large dimensions rolling rotational connections. The described program system uses an object-oriented database that can store drawings, ... graphs, NC programs, and data for various design concepts of the structure. The developed expert system helps the designer in all the phases of the design process. It uses a graphic interpretation of the knowledge base, and a matching conclusion making mechanism. The graphically represented database is simple to change and adjust to the new knowledge and changes in the field of the design of rotational connections, manufacturing technology of the rotational connections, and materials used.
