  • Systemic and procedural aspects of balanced scorecard and common assessment framework use in Slovenian police force [Elektronski vir]

    This paper theoretically and empirically analyses the reasons for bias in the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) use in the Slovenian police force. Besides to presentation of systemic and other ... reasons for use of the CAF, paper also presents the results of the survey of the self-assessments of CAF model criteria in Slovenian police force, which enables the empirical verification of the model functioning. The results indicate that enabler criterion People experiences the lowest scores in most of the police directorates in Slovenia, thereby suggesting a significant space for improvements. Besides, the results show that both Partnerships & Resources criterion as well as Processes criterion results in the strongest impact on Result criteria
