  • Dimenzioniranje togih vodnikov in podpornih izolatorjev v trifaznih elektroenergetskih sistemih

    Forces between the conductors in three-phase a.c. systems can be very high especially during short circuits, so it is important to calculate them as accurate as possible. Former standard IEC 865:1986 ... has not taken into account the shape of the busbars. However it`s revision IEC 865:1993 does. Due to a very complex calculation of the force, the best way to solve the problem is to write a computer program. To show the differences, the comparison of results as proposed by standards with calculation using the finite elelment method was made. In older standard this difference is up to 50%, while in the revision this difference is much smaller.
