  • Nekateri novi pristopi pri računalniško podprti klasifikaciji kemijskih struktur z biološko funkcijo = New approach in computer-aided classification of chemical structures with biological function

    Correlations between chemical structure and biological function of three sets of drugs were set up on the basis of structure characterisation by selected graph invariants followed by hierearchical ... clustering techniques. Euclidian distance was used as a measure of similarity between a pair of structures represented by sequences which ennumerate the self-avoiding pathe of a molecular graph with different lenghts. Agglomerative methods in particular the centroid cluster analysis was adopted for construction of the dendogram depiciting the clustering of the considered graphs. The analysis were performed by special developed software tools.
