  • Individual and crowd behaviour in logistics = Vedenje posameznika in množice v logističnem ustroju

    Article is a logical and descriptive analysis of individual and crowd behaviour inside the logistics systems and highlights the role of the psychology in logistic too. The roots of the individual ... behaviour and military logistics are the two highlighted elements. The private firms become important key players in modern logistical systems, especially in connection to civil-military cooperation. Some managers in civilian firms use the methods of psychological strategy to manage the logistics processes. Human motivation in logistical systems leads the competitive behaviour. Psychological strategy in that context is researching competition and planning the activities, based on strategic relationship toward the national and international competitors. Psychological strategy motivates the individual and the crowd towards proper direction and perceives the risks and challenges in logistical systems. The presented concept of strategic behaviour in article underlines the role of individual in logistics system too.
