    AbstractIn this chapter we analyse the knowledge and work skills that will be needed to fill jobs. We start from the results of relevant research, based on which we developed a questionnaire for the ... implementation of the research in six countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Serbia, and Turkey. In an extensive online survey, we were interested in the views of both top management and young people on the necessary skills and knowledge needed to successfully enter the labor market, as well as the most common obstacles to overcome. The results of our research were the basis for designing the curriculum for an online professional education programme that we call e-PROFMAN.
