    Continuous process of sorption-enhanced steam methane reforming for pure hydrogen production has been described in this overview. Catalytically enhanced structured nickel plate catalyst with ... thermally annealed Pt and AI203 coatings is introduced in shape that allows uniform distribution of solid sorbent (CaO) and gas phase within reactor. Kinetics of steam methane reforming on plate catalyst, adsorption kinetics on sorbent, hydrodynamics of gas-solid flow through structured catalyst packing, and reactor performance for steam methane reforming with simultaneous sorption reaction are to be undertaken for the description of the process, in order to propose appropriate model for the process.
