  • Hypermedia lecture-room: new teaching environment

    Interactive Distance Learning (IDL) systems present one of the most atractive education technologies. Currently, the use of new information tecnology like Internet, has given a new breath to distance ... learning, both in formal and continous education. This paper concerns currently used distance learning technologies, application and models. The structure of possible ISDN and LAN connections in distance learning environment is proposed. Model of hypermedia lecture-room, based on the experiences of center for Distance Education Development University of Maribor, is introduced, with special accent to the videoconferencing and hypervideo solutions.
