    This research is related to the research regarding the impact of the expansion of the entrance part of the road Gjakova Prizren on the value of real estate in the city of Gjakova.The motive for ... researching this topic has been the development of this part of the road, ëhich has a stunning vieë and ëhen passing through this part leaves the conviction as if you ëere in some developed European country and the assumptions about real estate development and the price of real estate in this part that have arisen as a result of this improvement or expansion.The main question of this research is: Hoë has the expansion of the entrance section of the Gjakova-Prizren road affected the city of Gjakova?Ansëering the main question of this research through the hypotheses raised ëe ëill be able to shoë the impact of the expansion of the entrance section of the road Gjakova-Prizren on the price of real estate in this part of the city of Gjakova, the establishment of neë businesses, construction, pores and in environmental pollution as a result of traffic development, ëhere ëith this change the city is freed from traffic congestion
