  • A production data flow in a computer integrated environment

    The described model's structure and composition is based on the idea of 5-levels CIM hierarchy where the technological database (TDB) represents a backbone of the system. Further on the idea of work ... operation determination by an analyse of the production system is taken out of a model for FMS control system, and finally the approach to the optimisation of production is supported by the results of evolutionary based techniques such as genetic algorithms and genetic programming. The main objective of the model is to provide a common environment where the evaluation of a given general order and later composition of work orders and designation of production resources could be done automatically under the operator's supervision.
