  • Human resources management in small and medium sized innovative enterprises - a dialectical systems approach

    ǂA ǂcompany can gain competitive advantage by effective human resources management. The point is that companies are moving from being knowledge-based to creativity-based in order to be sustainable ... and innovative business. They require holism in their conception and cybernetics in their action to succeed in this complex move. We suggest a cybernetic model aimed at meeting this need. We try to apply it to small and medium sized companies in order to become innovative and use the dialectical-systems approach. In SMEs a different approach is considered necessary compared with large enterprises. Data apply to Slovenia.
