    Cold extrusion of complex-geometry parts implies simultanious flow of material in various directions with various intensities. Flow intensity of material depends directly on the location of the ... neutral line. The goal of this thesis is to identify parameters which influence material flow and to define process parameters for double backward extrusion with various combinations of tool/specimen geometries and lubrication conditions. Analysis of material flow, stress-strain state and deformation load was conducted using SLAB method and FEM analysis. The model was calibrated based on experimental data. Special tool was constructed for the purpose of experiment.
