  • Efficient support for mobile computing on construction sites [Elektronski vir]

    Information exchange in managing projects is supported to a great extent by information technology, where mobile computing can significantly improve the exchange of information in construction. The ... paper addresses some important mobile computing potentials which can help tackle project collaboration and information dissimination problems. The final objective of the paper is to show why futher research on mobile computing should be focussed on idnetifying the weakness of the present project information exchange procedures and their optimization according to the applied IT in order to employ all of its advantages. The paper resides on practical experiences gained through a series of experimental projects called "e-site".
