    The concept of organisational learning has been extensively studied in the modern management literature. The organisational learning can be viewed from four perspectives: informational, ... interpretative, strategic, and behavioural. The article focuses on behavioural perspective and gives the explanation of learning as a continuous individual as well as organisational process. The analysis of basic behavioural, reflective and learning processes within individuals and organisations forms the basis of the approach for establishingorganisational learning concept. Successful organisational learning is viewed from the relationship between the the organisational and the individual learning process and gives a leverage of successful personal and organisational development to an individual, organisational member.
