    The article presents partial results of a research work performed in the frames of the graduate thesis in the program nursing care. The aim of the research work was to describe ways of communication ... on a children ward, and satisfaction of nurses and parents of sick children with it. The results revealed that both nurses and parents of hospitalized children are not satisfied with communication. In conclusion, some solutions for better interpersonal communication are presented, enabling effective interpersonal communication, the result of which is greater satisfaction of all subjects involved in nursing care of a child.
