    Preparation and electrochemical characterization of (PEO)[sub]nM(SO[sub]3Cl)[sub]x (M = Li, LiAl, Ca, X = 1, 2 and 4) polymer electrolytes is reported. Variation of the polymer electrolyte ... conductivity with temperature is correlated to the corresponding microstructural characteristics (degree of crystallinity). In the paper also the preparation and microstructural and electrochemical characterization of (PEO)[sub]nLiAl(SO[sub]3Cl)[sub]4 (n = 2 - 12) polymer electrolytes containingmixture of plasticisers, i.e. propylene carbonate (PC_ and 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME), is presented. The effect of plasticiser mixture on polymer crystallinity and its electrical conductivity at various temperatures is studied using X-ray powder diffractometer analysis, differential scanning calorimetry in combination with impedance spectroscopy. The dependance of the glass transition temperature, crystallinity and conductivity of the (PEO/PC/DME)[sub]nLiAl(SO[sub]3Cl)[sub]4 polymer electrolytes on salt concentration is measured and discussed.
