    The successful teaching of basketball with young players should be based on the creative work of trainers and on the player's motivation. Exercises about using space such as circle, are very adequate ... ways of teaching the technical and tactical elements with young players, because we can create better working conditions and players can repeat certain technical and tactical elements frequently. The players can also improve their rhythm, timing and precision realistically. We can mediate this form of organized basketball training inparallel with teaching 1 : 1 to 5 : 5. This practice provides an opportunity for better cooperation and communication between players. In this way of drilling the younger player can improve the technical and tactical elements faster and better, they can better adapt themselves to teamwork. In this way, the trainer can create a well-trained team.
