    The text is focused on the identification and partly on the systematization of the problems concerning the contents of the social functions and physical structures in the old town nucleus of Koper, ... namely: from the aspect of the needs for their reconstruction (renewal), considering the global socio-spatial trends, i.e. the changes at the end of the millenium.
