    The article stresses the point that the motivation for the enrolment to the Srednja zdravstvena šola Celje among regular and adult students varies. The realisation of the importance of the profession ... and social underestimation of it at the same time, as well as often misunderstanding of patients' problems, add to the distress. The need for social pedagogical interventions is defined.Some actual cases of crisis resolution are presented, as well as reintegration into environment. All this is carried out in the form of social pedagogical work. Preventive orientation enhances the effectiveness of formal counseling work. Student friendly school environment is being created.
