    Tri article describes communication in the frames of nursing care between a nurse and parents of a prematurely born infant in the frames of nursing care and health education counseling. Communication ... is presented as a skill of interpersonal relations which forms a part of certain environments and can be learned through experience. Communication takes place on three levels: professional communication, communication with a client and communication within the organizational unit. In interaction and communication in the framesof social behavior, special characteristics of the establishment of the first contact between parent and staff, the element of communication and communication process. In the end, some special features of communication in nursing care are presented. The article is intedned in the first palce for beginners in nursing care.
