    The autors claim that ecology is to become the main topic for research in the 21st century. They inform about important starting-points for eco-management and about the egoistic perception of the ... relationship between economy and environmental protection. This leads to consequences which create global climate, atmosphere, psycho-social, cultural, culturological, and many others changes. Considering these facts, the authors urge a restructuring of the tourist firms. The process should consist of the following phases: analysing the situation, planning the changes, informing the employees, agreement on ecological restructuring, evaluation and action.
