Politična stabilnost kot stanje razvite demokracije

In his article, the author deals with the problem of quality of democracy in modern societies. For that, he uses the concept of political stability, which is defined as a situation of developed ...democracy. From this basis he tries to capture the phenomenon of political stability in its widest sense. The model of political stability defined in this way contains three components: system persistence, inclusiveness and effectivenes. There is stressed a certain level of interconnectedness and interdependence of certain aspects of afore mentioned components. In author's opinion, on the basis of this model a comparative evaluation of the state of democracy in different countries - alsoor especially those which only recently started with democratisation - could be carried out
