  • Macroeconomic aspects of strategies and projects implementation

    This paper deals with some macroeconomics issues that can change the world in which the projects implementation occurs. The macroeconomic environment depends on the economic policies under way as ... well as on the actions that might be put to use in future. This can change entirely the background of the project so that it could not be accomplished according to the design and strategy previously adopted. Macroeconomic factors generating the changes in the project environment may produce both the risks and structural uncertainties. Management must be flexible and capable of monitoring and reaction to changes in established patterns. Flexibility is important engredient in dealing with unlikely of unexpected events and need to be included as an integral part of project implementation strategy.
