  • From idea via innovation to excellent quality

    Commodity science is supposed to contribute inventions in its specialized field. Inventions are precious, but they become helpful to humanity (and nature) if developed to innovations, i.e. novelties ... by customers as benefitial. Customer come across inventions (aimed at becoming innovations) in their diffusion process. Before diffusion, there is another complicated and complex process in which preconditions are met for invention to become a potential innovation. This process includes a number of steps, which are also briefed here. They all require systems thinking. Oversimplifications of thinking and acting namely causes bad consequences.
