and such a variety of changes is due to differently directed changes in the background activity of the nerve centers. Aime: to identify the peculiarities of changes in the parameters of EEG, HRV and GDV in children with favorable and unfavorable changes in the parameters of the functions of the hands. Material and research methods. The object of observations were 14 children (6 girls and 8 boys) aged 8÷15 years with SFCP. State motor development at GMFCS was on II÷IV level. Functional status of the hand with MACS was at II÷III level. The estimation of hand function carried out by Dynamometry (D), Box and Block Test (BB) and Nine Hole Peg Test (NHP). We registered also components of muscular tone by device “NeuroFlexor” (Aggero MedTech AB, Sweden), HRV and EEG parameters simultaneosly by hardware-software complex “Cardiolab+VSR” and “NeuroCom Standard” respectively (KhAI Medica, Kharkiv, Ukraine) as well as GDV parameters by “GDV Chamber” (“Biotechprogress”, St-Pb, RF). Results. The method of cluster analysis retrospectively highlighted two distinct groups-clusters. In 9 children, rehabilitation led to favorable changes in the parameters of the function of the hands, while in 3 children they turned out to be unfavorable. The method of discriminant analysis revealed that unfavorable changes are accompanied by a decrease in the asymmetry of the θ- and δ-rhythms, the spectral power density (SPD) of β-rhythm in loci F8 and Fp1, instead, it increases in loci O1 and T3, leading to left-sided lateralization of the β-rhythm. At the same time, the SPD of the α-rhythm in locus O1 and the θ-rhythm in locus F4 rises as well as its Deviation. These changes in the EEG are accompanied by a reduction in vagalis and an increase in sympathetic tones. Among the GDVs parameters, an increase in the area of the GD Image in the frontal projection, coupled with a decrease in its Entropy in the frontal and left projections, was found. Instead, favorable changes in the parameters of the hand function are accompanied by opposite changes in the listed EEGs, HRVs and GDVs parameters or their absence. Conclusion. Among 14 observed children with spastic forms of cerebral palsy caused by Kozyavkin© method changes in functional tests of hand are favorable in 11. Adverse changes in 3 children are accompanied by characteristic changes in a number of EEGs, HRVs and GDVs parameters, which in the long run will be corrected by electrostimulation of the corresponding nervous structures.

Firstly carried out for both handes Dynamometry, Box and Block Test and Nine Hole Peg Test before and after one spine biomechanical correction Kozyavkin method (INRS) (in 54 children) or its imitation (in 54 children). Then children of first group received two-week course of rehabilitation by INRS while children of second (control) group received usual treatment. In children of control group were detected small but significance changes in Box and Block Test: increase by 12,0±1,7% right and by 9,1±1,7% left, while changes in Nine Hole Peg Test as well as in Dynamometry were insignificance (by +4,1±2,2% and -5,8±6,0% right and by +3,9±2,6% and -2,3±4,8% left correspondingly). Therefore then these children received course of rehabilitation by INRS also and analyse of results conducted for united group (108 children). It is detected increase in Box and Block Test by 22,9±2,2% right and by 19,1±1,3% left, in Nine Hole Peg Test by 16,7±1,9% right and by 18,8±1,8% left, in Dynamometry by 30,6±5,0% right and by 31,6±6,1% left. In total effectivenes of spine biomechanical correction Kozyavkin method makes average 23,3±1,6% versus 3,5±1,4% in control. State of Gross Motor Function was 1÷4 levels at GMFCS, the functional state of the hand (usually the left ) was 1÷4 levels at MACS, hand spasticity estimated in the range 0÷2 on a scale Åshworth (ASS). Neural component of muscle tone (N), registered device Neuroflexor, was in the range 0,48÷18,08, elastic component (E) ranging -1,80÷4,36, and its viscous component (V) ranging -0,80÷0,73. We found a strong correlation between N and ASS (r=0,74), GMFCS (r=0,66), MACS (r=0,66), whereas the correlation of these parameters E on the verge of significance (r=0,36; 0,32, 0,34), and V all with their not related (r=0,14; 0,00; -0,15). After 10-15 min after the first spine biomechanical correction Kozyavkin’ method N in 17 children decreased from 7,6±1,1 by 3,4±0,7 (p<0,001), in 4 children has not significantly changed: 2,9±1,7 to and 2,5±1,6 after correction, and in 8 cases increased from 5,8±2,1 by 2,2±0,7 (p<0,01). After a two-week course of rehabilitation by Kozyavkin’s method reducing N stated in 23 (79,3%) children from 7,6±1,0 by 6,0±0,8 (p<0,001). In 4 (13,8%) children changes were not detected: 1,6±0,6 to and 2,0±0,7 after treatment, however, in 2 cases N increased from 1,6 to 3,4 and from 4,6 to 6,1. Multiple regression equation to calculate the expected value of N as after the first correction of the spine, and after a two-week course of rehabilitation Kozyavkin’s method. The method of discriminant analysis revealed that the nature of emergency response N at correcting the spine is projected for a range of initial parameters to within 72,4% and accuracy of predictions on the nature of the reaction of N treatment is 93,1%. Neural component of muscle tone (N), registered device Neuroflexor, was in the range 0,48÷18,08, elastic component (E) ranging -1,80÷4,36, and its viscous component (V) ranging -0,80÷0,73. We found a strong correlation between N and ASS (r=0,74), GMFCS (r=0,66), MACS (r=0,66), whereas the correlation of these parameters E on the verge of significance (r=0,36; 0,32, 0,34), and V all with their not related (r=0,14; 0,00; -0,15). After 10-15 min after the first spine biomechanical correction Kozyavkin’ method N in 17 children decreased from 7,6±1,1 by 3,4±0,7 (p<0,001), in 4 children has not significantly changed: 2,9±1,7 to and 2,5±1,6 after correction, and in 8 cases increased from 5,8±2,1 by 2,2±0,7 (p<0,01). After a two-week course of rehabilitation by Kozyavkin’s method reducing N stated in 23 (79,3%) children from 7,6±1,0 by 6,0±0,8 (p<0,001). In 4 (13,8%) children changes were not detected: 1,6±0,6 to and 2,0±0,7 after treatment, however, in 2 cases N increased from 1,6 to 3,4 and from 4,6 to 6,1. Multiple regression equation to calculate the expected value of N as after the first correction of the spine, and after a two-week course of rehabilitation Kozyavkin’s method. The method of discriminant analysis revealed that the nature of emergency response N at correcting the spine is projected for a range of initial parameters to within 72,4% and accuracy of predictions on the nature of the reaction of N treatment is 93,1%.
