Gli autori di questo studio intendono condurre in futuro un’analisi bibliometrica incentrata sui recenti progressi della biblioteconomia e degli studi bibliografici italiani. Per raggiungere questo ...obiettivo, Wikidata è stato identificato come un potente strumento per la generazione, l’elaborazione e lo scrutinio dei dati, ma manca di informazioni riguardanti le riviste bibliotecarie italiane degli ultimi decenni. In questo caso, l’ingente volume di dati da caricare su Wikidata richiede notevoli risorse umane. Di conseguenza, questo articolo studia i metodi per snellire e gestire in modo efficiente il processo di caricamento dei dati. Inoltre, l’articolo analizza i metodi, gli strumenti e le tecniche esistenti per un’accurata identificazione degli autori all’interno del set di dati. In aggiunta, esso, esamina il potenziale per stabilire sinergie che promuovano la continuità del progetto e facilitino i progressi futuri. Oltre a ciò, la ricerca valuta le procedure volte a migliorare la qualità dei dati citazionali. Lo studio analizza anche la fattibilità dell’analisi dei dati bibliografici su un campione caricato su Wikidata rispetto ad altri strumenti bibliometrici, con particolare attenzione alla produzione in lingua italiana. Facendo luce su questi aspetti fondamentali, l’articolo fornisce indicazioni preziose per la conduzione di ricerche bibliometriche nel campo della biblioteconomia e degli studi bibliografici italiani. I risultati non solo contribuiscono all’avanzamento delle conoscenze in questo campo, ma aprono anche la strada a una ricerca bibliometrica più efficiente ed efficace.

Il sistema gestionale è il fulcro di tutte le attività di una biblioteca, dalla catalogazione alle acquisizioni alla circolazione, e la mancanza di un modulo per gestire le risorse elettroniche ...penalizza le attività quotidiane. La scelta di una nuova piattaforma integrata, però, può comportare sia vantaggi che sfide, tra cui il passaggio a un nuovo formato di catalogazione. Nel 2021, la Biblioteca di Ateneo dell’Università di Milano-Bicocca ha scelto di adottare il gestionale Worldshare Management Services (WMS) di OCLC, affiancando al cambio di software il passaggio da UNIMARC a MARC21. L’articolo vuole condividere le scelte e gli aspetti cruciali della transizione, soprattutto da un punto di vista catalografico: in particolare, si sofferma sul passaggio da un ambiente locale a uno condiviso, e sull’influenza che il nuovo formato adottato ha avuto sulle scelte catalografiche.

Introduction et but de l’étude : Le projet Pathway-27 permettra d’évaluer l’efficacité de l’acide docosahexaénoïque (DHA), seul ou en combinaison avec deux autres composés bioactifs (B-glucane (BG) ...et anthocyanes (AC)), dans la réduction des facteurs de risque du Syndrome Métabolique (SM). Ces composés dits « bioactifs » (BEF) ont été incorporés dans 3 matrices alimentaires différentes (produits laitiers, produits céréaliers et produits à base d’oeufs) seuls ou en association DHA +/- BG ou DHA +/- AC.L’objectif est d’appréhender les synergies possibles et les interactions BEF – matrice. Ces différentes matrices seront utilisées lors d’une étude d’intervention nutritionnelle multicentrique. Le but de cette étude européenne, randomisée, en double aveugle, est d'identifier le BEF qui induit une modification la plus favorable des paramètres lipidiques. Le BEF sélectionné sera ensuite testé sur une cohorte de huit cents sujets.Matériel et méthodes : Soixante-dix hommes et femmes à risque de SM ont été recrutés au Centre de Recherche en Nutrition Humaine Auvergne (CRNH-Auvergne) de Clermont-Ferrand (France). Les volontaires ont été divisés en 5 groupes recevant, pendant 4 semaines, une matrice alimentaire enrichie en DHA, BG, ou AC seul ou en association. Les marqueurs cliniques du SM ont été mesurés. De plus, des approches « omiques » seront utilisées pour examiner les changements métaboliques et potentiellement identifier de nouveaux marqueurs d'effets.Conclusion : Les résultats obtenus permettront de comprendre l’effet matrice sur la bioactivité des nutriments testés.
To provide further information on the clinical and pathological prognostic factors in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), for which limited and inconsistent data are available.
Pathological ...characteristics and clinical records of 841 TNBCs diagnosed between 1994 and 2015 in four major oncologic centers from Sardinia, Italy, were reviewed. Multivariate hazard ratios (HRs) for mortality and recurrence according to various clinicopathological factors were estimated using Cox proportional hazards models.
After a mean follow-up of 4.3 years, 275 (33.3%) TNBC patients had a progression of the disease and 170 (20.2%) died. After allowance for study center, age at diagnosis, and various clinicopathological factors, all components of the TNM staging system were identified as significant independent prognostic factors for TNBC mortality. The HRs were 3.13, 9.65, and 29.0, for stage II, III and IV, respectively, vs stage I. Necrosis and Ki-67 > 16% were also associated with increased mortality (HR: 1.61 and 1.99, respectively). Patients with tumor histotypes other than ductal invasive/lobular carcinomas had a more favorable prognosis (HR: 0.40 vs ductal invasive carcinoma). No significant associations with mortality were found for histologic grade, tumor infiltrating lymphocytes, and lymphovascular invasion. Among lymph node positive TNBCs, lymph node ratio appeared to be a stronger predictor of mortality than pathological lymph nodes stage (HR: 0.80 for pN3 vs pN1, and 3.05 for >0.65 vs <0.21 lymph node ratio), respectively. Consistent results were observed for cancer recurrence, except for Ki-67 and necrosis that were not found to be significant predictors for recurrence.
This uniquely large study of TNBC patients provides further evidence that, besides tumor stage at diagnosis, lymph node ratio among lymph node positive tumors is an additional relevant predictor of survival and tumor recurrence, while Ki-67 seems to be predictive of mortality, but not of recurrence.
