In view of the advantages and disadvantages of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, an improved adaptive chaos optimization particle swarm optimization (ACPSO) algorithm is proposed. The ...chaos system has the characteristics of ergodicity, randomness, and sensitivity to initial condition. In the ACPSO algorithm, an initialization strategy based on logistic chaos opposition-based learning is applied to diversify the initial individuals in the search space. When the algorithm enters into the local optimal, the chaos operation is introduced into the algorithm, which could help the algorithm to escape from the local optimum and improve the global search ability. Simulation results show that this method not only effectively improve the convergence speed of PSO algorithm, but also improve the accuracy of the algorithm. By comparison with the other latest algorithms the ACPSO algorithm has better global and local searching abilities, and is especially suitable for high dimensional function optimization.

In order to solve the difficult problem of multi-objective planning, on the relevant introduced issue, firstly the paper describes multi-objective planning methods; then GAPS-MMA (Genetic Algorithm ...based Pareto Set for Multi-objective Mission-planning Algorithm) is completed, the main part of the algorithm, namely computing fitness value and updating Pareto sets, are focused on research, and the process of GAPS-MMA is given; finally, take an air vehicle route planning for example, through the comparison between GAPS-MMA and SA (simulated annealing algorithm), the better global optimal solution is gotten by GAPS-MMA. A new problem is presented by selecting rout for motor vehicle of overhead reconnaissance of satellite. It is needed to divide the alternate path into sections according to the road network. And that ...will increase the complexity of the size and the difficulty of the problem solving. In this paper, the specified detection area is determined and road transportation network model is established according to the characteristics of satellite reconnaissance probability calculation. The relations between the motor roads and the specified detection area is analyzed. The model of motor vehicle route choice is established and is solved by using CIGA - VLC algorithm. By analyzing the simulation result, it shows that the proposed algorithm is effective and has a good stability.

Then the paper improves the algorithm based on the analysis, gives the process of improved quantum genetic algorithm (IQGA), and takes Shaffer's F1 multimodal uncertain planning for example, analyze the properties of the running efficiency and the convergence efficiency etc. Of IQGA. To a certain degree of risk planning problem, this paper adopts intelligent planning algorithm based on the idea of tasks satisfaction to study. After the idea of tasks satisfaction and the ...traditional immune genetic algorithm are given, the immune genetic algorithm is improved, and the algorithm process is given. Taking an industrial sector to test six products for example, under the condition of resources and time constraints, tasks are planned by using the improved immune genetic algorithm based on the idea of tasks satisfaction, and the planning result is satisfying, which proves that the improved immune genetic algorithm based on the idea of tasks satisfaction is scientific and feasible.
Background Prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) can facilitate the growth,migration,and invasion of the LNCaP prostate cancer cell lines,but the underlying molecular mechanisms have not yet been ...clearly defined.Here,we investigated whether PSMA serves as a novel regulator of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt signaling by employing PSMA knockdown model and PI3K pharmacological inhibitor (LY294002) in LNCaP prostate cancer cells.Methods PSMA knockdown had been stably established by transfecting with lentivirus-mediated siRNA in our previous study.Then,LNCaP cells were divided into interference,non-interference,and blank groups.We first testified the efficacy of PSMA knockdown in our LNCaP cell line.Then,we compared the expression of PSMA and total/activated Akt by Westem blotting in the above three groups with or without LY294002 treatment.Furthermore,immunocytochemistry was performed to confirm the changes of activated Akt (p-Akt,Ser473) in groups.Besides,cell proliferation,migration,and cell cycle were measured by CCK-8 assay,Transwell analysis,and Flow cytometry respectively.Results After PSMA knockdown,the level of p-Akt (Ser473) but not of total-Akt (Akt1/2) was significantly decreased when compared with the non-interference and blank groups.However,LY294002 administration significantly reduced the expression of p-Akt (Ser473) in all the three groups.The results of immunocytochemistry further confirmed that PSMA knockdown or LY294002 treatment was associated with p-Akt (Ser473) down-regulation.Decrease of cell proliferation,migration,and survival were also observed upon PSMA knockdown and LY294002 treatment.Conclusions Taken together,our results reveal that PI3K/Akt signaling pathway inhibition may serve as a novel molecular mechanism in LNCaP prostate cancer cells of PSMA knockdown and suggest that Akt (Ser473) may play a critical role as a downstream signaling target effector of PSMA in this cellular model.
