In order to improve the working efficiency and safety of the stainless steel spoon punching, after analyzing the punching and cutting process and the production requirements of enterprise, a ...precision positioning control system for the automatic feeding device based on integral separation PID algorithm is designed. The system uses Siemens S7-200SMART PLC as the master station. Design parameters and display data through the touch screen, and use DC motors and pneumatic circuits to achieve coordinated control of the punch and feeder. Through actual production verification, the system has high relocation accuracy and reliable operation, the efficiency increased by 40%. At the same time, it reduces safety hazards and labor costs, provides a reference and theoretical basis for the automation upgrade and transformation of stamping feeding.
This paper presents a search strategy for single mobile robots to realize the active olfaction (also called odor/gas source localization or plume tracing). The odor source localization is regarded as ...a kind of dynamic function optimization problem in this article, using the simulated annealing algorithm to calculate the optimal solution of density distribution function, namely the odor source location. The simulation experiments results in indoor ventilated environment show that the robot can track in plume and locate the odor source under the area of the 10m*10m, and it can effectively jump out of local maximum values in the process of search.
Modern agriculture is developing towards the direction of intelligent. We can realize the nondestructive measurement of plant leaf area by using the digital camera. In this paper, we make the same ...ratio between the camera’s screen and the background plate to overcome the problem of geometric distortion. Then we use two perpendicular digital cameras from the front and side to collect images respectively for curved leaf. Because there are characteristics of the image grey value mutation on the rage of the vane, we can extract the leaf by image segmentation. The leaf area can be calculated by the statistic of the pixels number according to the projection principle. Experiments show that, the error of leaf area measurement reduces from 13.51% to 5.93% by binocular vision. So this method not only can get the measurement of leaf area data, but also can effectively avoid the two-dimensional image distortion and improve the accuracy of leaf area calculation.
The wide bandwidth and high amplitude feature of the beating heart motion makes surgeon hard to achieve the coronary artery bypass graph surgery on his or her own. The robot could help to cancel the ...relative motion between the end effecter of the robotic tool and certain point on the heart surface. Therefore a stationary operation screen could be used for the surgeon. The precise robot modeling is the prerequisite for tracking control algorithm. In the paper, we process the input and output data by using the nonlinear optimization method to obtain the system model. Next, we discuss the system identification related problems and modify the model. Finally, a good system model is achieved.

A variable structure sliding mode controller based on high gain observer is proposed for two-dimensional underactuated bridge crane to realize rapid positioning of the trolley and anti swing of the ...load. Using the separation theorem, the real value in the control law is directly replaced by the value of the observer to control the overhead crane. The simulation results show that the control method can realize the trolley positioning and load angle stabilization, and can well suppress the disturbance, with good control effect.
For two-dimensional underactuated bridge crane, a variable structure sliding mode controller based on hurwitz stability condition of closed-loop system is proposed, which can quickly realize the ...positioning of trolley and the anti swing of goods during transportation. The control law u is derived by means of Lyapunov stability, and the stability of the system is proved theoretically. The simulation results show that the control method can quickly realize the trolley positioning and anti swing in the process of cargo transportation, and has good control effect.
Considering the characteristic of irrigation in the rural area of China, this paper brings forward new devices based on wireless network, that are GSM (Global System Mobile) network and radio ...communication. Three levels are included in the system: the PC control platform or common cell phone for surveillance, the controller and the action unit. Simple GSM modules are available in the PC control platform and the controller. Orders can be sent from the PC control platform or cell phone to the controller and the information such as temperature, soil moisture and air humidity sampled by the controller can also be sent to the PC platform or cell phone by GSM message. Emitter and receiver of short-wave radio are embedded in the controller and the action unit respectively. Radio communication works between the controller and the action units. Database of spot information sampled can be analyzed and browsed by friendly interface in PC. The devices have been installed in some farms of Mentougou district in Beijing, capital of China, and Xinjiang, northwest of China.

In this paper we propose a new original two-dimensional temperature control strategy, which makes this cabinet has advantage over other domestic products. This paper describes the relationship between environment temperature and plant growth, and illustrates how the temperature control device works. In the experiment, we evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of this temperature control device.
The growth process of Haematococcus pluvialis includes cell proliferation stage and astaxanthin accumulation stage. There are differences in cell radius, cell color and cell number between the two ...stages. In this paper, cell images and cell data of two growth stages were collected, and SVM algorithm was used to establish two classification models of data and image of Haematococcus pluvialis cell. 30% of the data in the samples were selected as the test set. In cell data binary classification problem, SVM classification algorithm was used, and the final classification result was 0.855; In the problem of image binary classification, the accuracy of the model is tested by the method of ten-fold cross validation, and the ROC curve and AUC area are used to evaluate the model. Finally, the classification result of the model for Haematococcus pluvialis cell image is 0.90, and the performance is good.
Manual acupuncture (MA), as a mechanical action, can be equivalent to an external stimulus to the neural system. However, the regulation and action mechanism of acupuncture is still unclear. In the ...present study, synchronization levels of brain activities evoked by MA is investigated. We design an experiment that acupuncture at Zusanli with four different frequencies to obtain electroencephalograph (EEG) signals. Since neural system is a complex nonlinear dynamics system that possesses strong nonlinear characteristic, phase synchronization (PS) based on recurrence plot method is introduced to quantify the synchronization between EEG signals induced by MA. It is found that the synchronization between different brain regions during acupuncture is obviously lower than that before acupuncture, which can prove that MA has effect on the brain.
