The growing change in standards in higher education is a consequence of the improvement of technologies, social trends, and growing digitalization. Professional development, which is becoming ...increasingly important in the field of higher education, is aimed at adapting to such a dynamic development, especially affecting teachers. The purpose of this article is to consider the demand for advanced training of university teachers and efforts aimed at meeting the increased requirements for advanced training of personnel in the higher education system. Thus, the authors consider the process of professional development in the field of improving subject knowledge. The authors conclude that professional development becomes a strategic necessity for teachers in a specific context and can be implemented, on the one hand, by considering the expectations and wishes of the participants and, on the other hand, by ensuring the sustainable institutionalization of the concept of professional development.

The article explores the process of developing a system for evaluating business ideas for start-up projects based on the SWOT framework using neural network technologies for use by students and ...aspiring entrepreneurs based on a trained model. The design stages are considered, which include the development of the client and server sides of a web application, the creation of an interactive application interface for filling out a form, the training of basic and extended neural networks, the development of an experimental sample of a system for analyzing business ideas on business frameworks using neural networks, and also an experimental comparison of the effectiveness of training of various architectures of neural networks, an analysis of the criteria for evaluating business projects using the SWOT framework was carried out in accordance with the designated tasks.
ABSTRACT Proceeding from the idea that the subject-based content of disciplines has to be taught and learned in close relationship with other disciplines, the study examines the problems, conditions, ...and opportunities of subject-based learning with consideration of linguistic specifics. The development of professional language is the primary task of all academic disciplines. Linguistic competence grows in conjunction with the study of professional subjects. Therefore, language training has to be designed consecutively with consideration of the subject content focused on the knowledge of a foreign language. This contributes to the conscious use of language as a medium of competence improvement in vocational education. Of importance is the teacher's reliance on the foundation of language learning processes, the didactics of language development, and methodological possibilities. The paper is devoted to the problem of students' choice of a language to study in the context of subject-based content, language competence and culture, and the functions of language in the relevant context.

Organized online learning also provides opportunity for students to use all advantages of digital technologies: flexibility, individual distribution of learning duration, compatibility with other forms of occupation. In addition to digital know-how, organization of learning and independent work of distant students can develop self-discipline, sustainability of acquired skills. Students can use various digital sources of information available under various conditions in addition to that organized under the management of distance learning teacher.

Este artículo analiza los aspectos urgentes de la didáctica del aprendizaje en línea. Se componen
de, por ejemplo, organización y métodos de aprendizaje organizado, principios fundamentales
de acciones dirigidas a la orientación práctica; su objetivo es la combinación de los métodos de
aprendizaje a distancia, la formación de habilidades eficientes de los estudiantes con mediación
social, el análisis de las causas de los errores y su corrección, la búsqueda del éxito en las áreas
relevantes. El aprendizaje en línea organizado también brinda a los estudiantes la oportunidad
de utilizar todas las ventajas de las tecnologías digitales: flexibilidad, distribución individual de
la duración del aprendizaje, compatibilidad con otras formas de ocupación. Además del
conocimiento digital, la organización del aprendizaje y el trabajo independiente de los
estudiantes distantes pueden desarrollar la autodisciplina, la sostenibilidad de las habilidades
adquiridas. Los estudiantes pueden utilizar diversas fuentes digitales de información disponibles
bajo diversas condiciones además de la organizada bajo la dirección del profesor de educación a
distancia.
