Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif subjek penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar di kelas dengan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran kepada siswa guru melakukan tahap yaitu tahap awal, inti dan penutup dengan mendemonstrasikan materi yang akan dijelaskan sehingga dapat memudahkan penyampaian dan pemahaman materi serta tujuan pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran. Dilihat dari hasil angket keaktifan siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan baik dan siswa merasa lebih senang dalam mengikuti pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi mata pelajaran desain grafis.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, in which the researcher explores the criteria of the Aviation Fire and Rescue Study Program of the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic then looks at suggestions and recommendations to see whether these conditions or criteria have met the Study Program Accreditation based on criteria that refer to the National Standard. Higher education. The results showed that the Aviation Fire and Rescue Study Program of Palembang Aviation Polytechnic got a score of 246.72. The description of the assessment based on the data and information of the Aviation Fire and Rescue Study Program of Palembang Aviation Polytechnic reaches the Good criteria, it needs more effort that must be improved and get attention to be able to go to the Very Good criteria and towards Excellence.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate workshop activities using the Kirkpatrick model. Types of Research Using Descriptive Qualitative research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results of the evaluation of the level of participant satisfaction with the workshop activities are very good, as can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the workshop activities. The results of the evaluation of the participants' skills after participating in the activity are quite well demonstrated by the ability of participants to operate GeoGebra Software. In the learning process students have been able to solve mathematical problems and understand concepts using the help of GeoGebra Software media, as well as the impact of changes in students' concept understanding ability to increase and develop rapidly.
The study's purpose was to determine whether there was an increase in understanding of medical records that were not taught and taught using the video-assisted Problem Based Learning model. This ...research is experimental in the form of a Quasi Experiment with a control group. Still, it cannot fully function to control external variables that affect the implementation of the experiment. The research design used was a "Nonequivalent (Pretest-Posttest) Control Group Design." The research population was all nursing students from STIKES Bhakti Husada Bengkulu. The research sample is class IA as the control class and class IB as the experimental class. Data collection was carried out using medical record comprehension tests in the form of pretest and post-test, observation, and documentation. Data analysis showed that students' understanding of medical records in the experimental class using the Problem Based Learning learning model as a learning model was in the high category, with a percentage of 81.05%, while the control class using conventional learning models was in the medium category, with a rate of 69.30%. Secondly, from the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing using the t-test, the value of sig = 0.01 is obtained. Thus there is an increase in the understanding of medical records of students taught through the Video-assisted Problem Based Learning model.
This study aims to (1) Know the module development process Appreciation of local wisdom-based Drama Students of Indonesian language study program UNPARI Lubuklinggau (2) Module Appreciation Drama ...based on local wisdom Students of Indonesian language study program Lubuklinggau UNPARI are valid, practical, and effective. The method used is Research and Development (R & D) research and used the Dick & Carey model which is limited to 8 stages. The study produced new products in the form of a local wisdom-based Drama Appreciation module and tested valid, practical, and effective. Based on the results of the study it was known that validity was 81.25%, and practicality was known from small, medium and large tests. While the effectiveness of teaching materials is known as 6 people 30% get very good grades (A) with a score of 80-100, as many as 9 people 45% get 66-79 with a good category (B), the number of students who get enough grades (C) 1 person 5% with a score of 58, and students who scored less (D) as many as 4 people 20% with a value range of 46-55. based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the teaching material of the local wisdom-based Drama Appreciation course is valid, practical and effective for students of the Study Program. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mendukung pemberdayaan kreativitas guru Sekolah Indonesia di Malaysia melalui penggunaan Mobile Learning dengan Smart Apps Creator untuk implementasi ...pembelajaran terdiferensiasi. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah 20 guru Sekolah Indonesia di Malaysia. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penilaian awal kesiapan guru, seminar tentang mobile learning dan pembelajaran terdiferensiasi, workshop pengembangan konten menggunakan Smart Apps Creator, serta evaluasi dan umpan balik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 90% guru mampu menggunakan elemen multimedia dalam pembelajaran, 85% guru berhasil mengimplementasikan desain yang mobile-friendly, dan 90% guru mampu menciptakan konten pembelajaran yang relevan dan aktual. Selain itu, 90% guru berhasil berinovasi dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran, melebihi target yang ditetapkan sebesar 70%. Rekomendasi dari kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pelatihan lanjutan dan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan guru dapat terus mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif. Dengan demikian, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di Sekolah Indonesia di Malaysia dapat terus ditingkatkan untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Empowering the Creativity of Indonesian School Teachers In Malaysia Through Mobile Learning Assisted by Smart Apps Creator to Support the Implementation of Differentiated Learning The objective of this project is to support the empowerment of Indonesian school teachers in Malaysia through the use of Mobile Learning with Smart Apps Creator for the implementation of differentiated learning. The project partners are 20 teachers from Indonesian schools in Malaysia. The implementation method includes an initial assessment of teacher readiness, a seminar on mobile learning and differentiated instruction, a workshop on content development using Smart Apps Creator, and evaluation and feedback. The results of this activity show that 90% of teachers are able to use multimedia elements in teaching, 85% successfully implemented mobile-friendly designs, and 90% created relevant and up-to-date learning content. Additionally, 90% of teachers were innovative in developing educational media, exceeding the set target of 70%. Recommendations from this project include the need for ongoing training and continuous support to ensure that teachers can consistently develop and implement innovative and effective teaching methods. This is expected to enhance the quality of education in Indonesian schools in Malaysia to better face future challenges.
Tujuan dari paper ini adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana pelatihan kepemimpinan visioner bagi guru SMK Negeri 3 Rejang Lebong, Provinsi Bengkulu. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah 1) menjelaskan ...kepada peserta pelatihan tentang apa dan bagaimana pemimpin yang visioner; 2) memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta pelatihan untuk berdiskusi baik secara teori dan fakta di lapangan bagaimana pemimpin yang visioner; dan 3) mengevaluasi pemahaman dengan memberi pertanyaan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini, peserta memahami Problem Solving Decision Making karena problem solving akan menjadi skill yang sangat dibutuhkan di masa depan. Problem solving adalah sebuah pola pikir atau mindset yang akan membawa secara tidak langsung untuk berpikir positif dan solutif. Selanjutnya Effective Leadership yaitu mengembangkan cara kerja baru dengan menyesuaikan diri dengan kenyataan di luar dan tidak hanya yang terjadi di dalam batas-batas organisasi. Berikutnya Transformational Leadership yaitu teori yang mengatakan bahwa pemimpin bekerja dengan tim untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan apa yang diperlukan untuk memperbaiki kondisi. Kemudian Creativity & Innovation, salah satu skill di dalam pelatihan ini untuk mendorong pemikiran innovasi dan kreativitas melalui pemecahan masalah di dalam kondisi tertentu. Terakhir, Inspiring & Motivation merupakan salah satu hal yang paling menonjol dari gaya leadership milenial adalah merangkul anggota dengan baik.
This study raises the question of what resources are best suited to help students develop their civic literacy and acquire optimal knowledge about their nationality through citizenship education. The ...research's goal is to gather the information required for citizenship education so that students can learn as much as possible about their nationality. This study used an exploratory survey strategy in conjunction with a quantitative research method. The sample size was 60 individuals, comprising 10 lecturers and 50 students. The inclusion criteria for students are those who have completed the Citizenship Education course so that students can provide responses based on their experience of attending lectures in nine different study programs at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, PGRI University Palembang. Based on research findings, 92% of teachers and students believe that the analysis of national e-book creation demands meets the Very Good standard. The findings of this research support the assumption that to increase student citizenship literacy, lecturers and students at PGRI Palembang University really need Nationality E-Books.
The article was to describes relationship between cultural organization, motivation, resilience and the leadership of headmaster with the Indonesian language teachers work ethic. It was a correlation ...study. The design in this study look for the relationship between four independent variables, namely organizational culture, motivation, resilience and principal leadership, with one dependent variable, namely the work ethic of the Indonesian language teacher at State Senior High School Rejang Lebong. The sample used the purpossive sampling. The data collection method used questionnaire and observation. Validity of internal questionnaire input from experts, empirical validity through trials outside the research location. Data analysis used multiple linier regression analysis. The result show that cultural organization, motivation, adversity quotient, and the leadership of headmaster have connection to work ethic the correlation coefficient was 4,841. Cultural organization has not connection to work ethic. Motivation has not connection to work ethic. Adversity quotient has not connection to work ethic; and principal’s leadershiphas not connection to work ethic.
