The paper is devoted to classify nilpotent Jordan algebras of dimension up to five over an algebraically closed field F of characteristic not 2. We obtained a list of 35 isolated non-isomorphic ...5-dimensional nilpotent non-associative Jordan algebras and 6 families of non-isomorphic 5-dimensional nilpotent non-associative Jordan algebras depending either on one or two parameters over an algebraically closed field of characteristic ≠2,3. In addition to these algebras we obtained two non-isomorphic 5-dimensional nilpotent non-associative Jordan algebras over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 3.

In this work, we study chaos control and synchronization of the commensurate fractional order Liu system. Based on the stability theory of fractional order systems, the conditions of local stability of nonlinear three-dimensional commensurate fractional order systems are discussed. The existence and uniqueness of solutions for a class of commensurate fractional order Liu systems are investigated. We also obtain the necessary condition for the existence of chaotic attractors in the commensurate fractional order Liu system. The effect of fractional order on chaos control of this system is revealed by showing that the commensurate fractional order Liu system is controllable just in the fractional order case when using a specific choice of controllers. Moreover, we achieve chaos synchronization between the commensurate fractional order Liu system and its integer order counterpart via function projective synchronization. Numerical simulations are used to verify the analytical results.
Some dynamical behaviors are studied in the fractional order hyperchaotic Chen system which shows hyperchaos with order less than 4. The analytical conditions for achieving synchronization in this ...system via linear control are investigated theoretically by using the Laplace transform theory. Routh–Hurwitz conditions and numerical simulations are used to show the agreement between the theoretical and numerical results. To the best of our knowledge this is the first example of a hyperchaotic system synchronizable just in the fractional order case, using a specific choice of controllers.

The paper is devoted to the study of annihilator extensions of evolution algebras and suggests an approach to classify finite-dimensional nilpotent evolution algebras. Subsequently nilpotent ...evolution algebras of dimension up to four are classified.
In this paper we give a complete classification of all n-dimensional non-Lie Malcev algebras with (n−4)-dimensional annihilator over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 0. We also show ...that such algebras are special.
The present study evaluates the synergistic antimicrobial effect of the propolis-encapsulated alginate nanoparticles (propolis-ALg NPs) against different pathogenic bacteria. The prepared samples ...were characterised by transimissin electron microscope (TEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), zeta potential and dielectric spectroscopy. The morphological analysis using TEM revealed that, the propolis-ALg NPs are spherical, discrete and have a small particle size (13 nm) in the nanometer scale. FTIR studies showed a spectral change of the characteristic absorption bands of ALg NPs after being encapsulated with propolis. A high negative zeta potential value is obtained for propolis-ALg NPs which indicates a high suspension stability of the prepared formulation. The dielectric study showed a decrease in the dielectric constant ( ′), dielectric loss ( ″) and conductivity ( ) values after the incorporation of the propolis into ALg NPs. All these investigations confirm the successful encapsulation of propolis within ALg NPs. On the other hand, the propolis-ALg NPs sample showed the highest antimicrobial activity against all examined pathogens in comparison with pure propolis and/or antibiotic (clindamycin). So, it can be concluded that the propolis-ALg NPs exhibited a synergistic antibacterial activity against different bacterial strains.
The extract of henna (Lawsonia Inermis) leaves have been evaluated as a green corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel (C-steel) in 1M HCl solution, utilizing mass loss (ML), potentiodynamic polarization ...(PP), AC impedance spectra (EIS) and electrochemical frequency modulation (FEM) techniques. The surface analysis was performed using energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDX) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) methods. The inhibiting property of the extract is familiar with the presence of Lawsonia as a major constituent in the extract. PP study revealed that the adsorption of the extract affects both anodic and cathodic reactions. The inhibitor efficiency (IE %) was found to improve with rising the extract concentration and reached 83.1% at 300 ppm. On the other hand, the PE% was lowered by raising the temperature. The adsorbed Henna molecules on C-steel obeys Langmuir isotherm. The results achieved by different tests are close to each other.
Humidification-dehumidification (HDH) technology is a technique for small-scale water desalination applications based on carrier gas humidification motivated by thermal energy. The present work ...introduces an experimental investigation of a desalination unit based on HDH method. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the heat and mass transport properties of porous carbon tubes (PCT) as a humidification medium with swirl flow for HDH unit. Processes for transferring heat and mass are investigated at varied the temperatures of water and air, water-to-air mass ratios (MR), and helical flow channel pitch (HCP). The performance analysis is investigated based on some of performance metrics such as gained output ratio (GOR), humidification efficiency (ηH), exergy efficiency (ηex), sustainability indicator (SI), and water cost (WC). Results indicate that the increase in MR and HCP increases all of performance parameters. High values of MR based on low air flow rate decrease the entropy generation and enhance the exergy efficiency. The humidity efficiency and GOR improve with the rise in the MR based on the water flow rate. The study of sustainability indicator shows that the proposed system has possibilities of doing business. It still has room for energy improvement and losses, though. The system's usability will increase after these modifications are made. When the process temperature associated with heating the feed water or/and input air rises, more freshwater is produced. The proposed system's maximum hourly yield reaches about 0.225 L with cost 0.078 cent. The best value of GOR, exergy efficiency, humidification efficiency and suitability indicator performed by the current system are about 3, 51.67 %, 48.72 % and 2.07 respectively.
