In a previous paper, we argued that the inversion of Stokes profiles applied to spectropolarimetric observations of the solar internetwork yield unrealistically large values of the inclination of the ...magnetic field vector (γ). This is because photon noise in Stokes Q and U are interpreted by the inversion code as valid signals, that leads to an overestimation of the transverse component B⊥, thus the inclination γ. However, our study was based on the analysis of linear polarization signals that featured only uncorrelated noise. In this paper, we develop this idea further and study this effect in Stokes Q and U profiles that also show correlated noise. In addition, we extend our study to the three components of the magnetic field vector, as well as the magnetic filling factor α. With this, we confirm the tendency to overestimate γ when inverting linear polarization profiles that, although non-zero, are still below the noise level. We also establish that the overestimation occurs mainly for magnetic fields that are nearly vertical γ ≲ 20°. This indicates that a reliable inference of the inclination of the magnetic field vector cannot be achieved by analyzing only Stokes I and V. In addition, when inverting Stokes Q and U profiles below the noise, the inversion code retrieves a randomly uniform distribution of the azimuth of the magnetic field vector φ. To avoid these problems, we propose only inverting Stokes profiles for which the linear polarization signals are sufficiently above the noise level. However, this approach is also biased because, in spite of allowing for a very accurate retrieval of the magnetic field vector from the selected Stokes profiles, it selects only profiles arising from highly inclined magnetic fields.
In the past, spectropolarimetric data from Hinode/SP were employed to infer the distribution of the magnetic field vector in the quiet Sun. While some authors found predominantly horizontal magnetic ...fields, others favor an isotropic distribution. We investigate whether it is actually possible to accurately retrieve the magnetic field vector in regions with very low polarization signals (e.g. internetwork), employing the FeI line pair at 6300 Å. We first perform inversions of the Stokes vector observed with Hinode/SP in the quiet Sun at disk center in order to confirm the distributions retrieved by other authors. We then carry out several Monte-Carlo simulations with synthetic data, with which we show that the observed distribution of the magnetic field vector can be explained in terms of purely vertical (γ = 0°) and weak fields (\hbox{$\bar{B}<20$}B̅ < 20 G), which are misinterpreted by the analysis technique (Stokes inversion code) as being horizontal (γ ≈ 90°) and stronger (\hbox{$\bar{B} \approx 100$}B̅ ≈ 100 G), owing to the effect of the photon noise. This challenges the correctness of previous results, which presented the distributions for the magnetic field vector peaking at γ = 90° and \hbox{$\bar{B}=100$}B̅ = 100 G. We propose that an accurate determination of the magnetic field vector can be achieved by decreasing the photon noise to a point where most of the observed profiles posses Stokes Q or U profiles that are above the noise level. Unfortunately, for noise levels as low as 2.8 × 10-4, only 30 % of the observed region with Hinode/SP have sufficiently strong Q or U signals, implying that the magnetic field vector remains unknown in the rest of the internetwork.
Abstract Objectives The increased prevalence of childhood obesity has also been attributed to low physical activity (PA) levels. Understanding factors affecting child PA levels is especially ...important considering the benefits PA offers to youth. Study design This study therefore examined different correlates affecting habitual PA and sports participation in primary school children. Methods Height and weight were measured during a school visit in 1714 children (7.1 ± .6 years). PA and behavioural correlates were assessed by parental questionnaire. The effect of various correlates on PA as well as participation in organized sports was assessed using logistic regression analysis. Results Significant correlates of PA and sports participation were engagement in sporting activities outside of clubs and children's weight status. Playing outdoors for more than 60 min/day was significant for PA, having well educated parents and being male. Participation in sports was influenced by children's media consumption, active travel to school and having active parents. No influence was found for migration, income, parental weight status and health consciousness. Conclusion In this study, a multiplicity of independent correlates of PA and sports participation, which require a broad approach to promote an active lifestyle, have been considered. Understanding these factors might support the development of effective health-promoting interventions.
Hintergrund: Körperliche Aktivität (kA) ist wichtig für eine gesunde körperliche Entwicklung. Im Kindesalter wird diese durch unstrukturiertes Spiel und angeleiteten Sport umgesetzt. Empfehlungen von ...90-120 Minuten täglicher Aktivität erreichen die meisten Kinder nicht. Interventionen zur Steigerung der kA müssen früh beginnen und verhaltens- und verhältnisorientierte Ansätze kombinieren. Fragestellung: Wie ist das Bewegungsmodul des Gesundheitsförderprogramms "Komm mit in das gesunde Boot - Grundschule" aufgebaut und welche Zielsetzungen hat es? Methodik: Zur Erarbeitung der schulbasierten Intervention wurde der protokollbasierte Intervention Mapping-Ansatz nach Bartholomew verwendet. Ergebnisse: Interventionsschwerpunkte des Bewegungsmoduls sind "Förderung der (Alltags-)Bewegung" und "Reduktion des Medienkonsums". Das Interventionsprogramm basiert auf einem kombinierten verhaltens- und verhältnisorientierten Ansatz. Es wurden Materialien für alle Grundschulklassenstufen erarbeitet. Die Intervention wird durch den Klassenlehrer umgesetzt und umfasst je Schuljahr 20 Unterrichtseinheiten sowie 56 Bewegungskarteikarten zur täglichen Anwendung im regulären Unterricht, Materialien zur Elternarbeit und eine Lehrerfortbildung. Neben einer wissensvermittelnden Zielsetzung steht die Präsentation von Handlungsalternativen im Fokus. Der sportmotorische Schwerpunkt liegt auf koordinativen und konditionellen Fähigkeiten. Um kA im kindlichen Alltags- und Freizeitverhalten zu verankern sind auch Eltern und Lehrer Zielpersonen der Intervention. Diskussion: Schule ist ein ideales Setting, um eine Intervention zur Bewegungs- und somit Gesundheitsförderung umzusetzen. Hier ist es möglich, Wissensinhalte zu vermitteln und direkte kA zu realisieren. Der sportmotorische Schwerpunkt der Intervention ist bewusst gewählt, da niedrige motorische Fähigkeiten mit einer niedrigen kA assoziiert sind. Background: Physical activity (PA) is important for healthy development. During childhood, PA is realised by unstructured play and instructed sports. Few children achieve the recommended 90-120 minutes of daily PA. Interventions promoting PA have to start early and have to combine behavioural and situational approaches. Research question: How is the PA part of the intervention programme "Join the Health Boat - Primary School" designed and what are its aims? Methods: The school-based intervention rests on Bartholomew's Intervention Mapping approach. Results: Main aspects of the intervention's PA part are "increase of daily PA" and "reduction of screen media use". The programme combines behavioural and situational approaches. Materials were developed for all primary school grades. The teacher-centred intervention comprises of 20 teaching units per year, 56 cards for daily activity breaks, parent materials and teacher training courses. Besides an aim to transfer knowledge, presentation of action alternatives is key. The intervention's motor aspect focuses on conditional and coordinative skills, parents and teachers are also targeted by this intervention in order to embed PA in children's daily routines. Discussion: School is an ideal setting for interventions to promote PA. It is possible to transfer knowledge and realise PA. The intervention's motor aspect is chosen deliberately, since low motor skills are associated with low PA levels. Furthermore, elementary school age is a crucial phase for motor skills development. TP53 mutations are implicated in the progression of mucinous borderline tumors (MBOT) to mucinous ovarian carcinomas (MOC). Optimized immunohistochemistry (IHC) for TP53 has been established as a ...proxy for the TP53 mutation status in other ovarian tumor types. We aimed to confirm the ability of TP53 IHC to predict TP53 mutation status in ovarian mucinous tumors and to evaluate the association of TP53 mutation status with survival among patients with MBOT and MOC. Tumor tissue from an initial cohort of 113 women with MBOT/MOC was stained with optimized IHC for TP53 using tissue microarrays (75.2%) or full sections (24.8%) and interpreted using established criteria as normal or abnormal (overexpression, complete absence, or cytoplasmic). Cases were considered concordant if abnormal IHC staining predicted deleterious TP53 mutations. Discordant tissue microarray cases were re-evaluated on full sections and interpretational criteria were refined. The initial cohort was expanded to a total of 165 MBOT and 424 MOC for the examination of the association of survival with TP53 mutation status, assessed either by TP53 IHC and/or sequencing. Initially, 82/113 (72.6%) cases were concordant using the established criteria. Refined criteria for overexpression to account for intratumoral heterogeneity and terminal differentiation improved concordance to 93.8% (106/113). In the expanded cohort, 19.4% (32/165) of MBOT showed evidence for TP53 mutation and this was associated with a higher risk of recurrence, disease-specific death, and all-cause mortality (overall survival: HR = 4.6, 95% CI 1.5–14.3, p = 0.0087). Within MOC, 61.1% (259/424) harbored a TP53 mutation, but this was not associated with survival (overall survival, p = 0.77). TP53 IHC is an accurate proxy for TP53 mutation status with refined interpretation criteria accounting for intratumoral heterogeneity and terminal differentiation in ovarian mucinous tumors. TP53 mutation status is an important biomarker to identify MBOT with a higher risk of mortality.

Fragestellung
Wie wird Gesundheitsförderung aktuell in baden-württembergischen Kindertageseinrichtungen umgesetzt, welche Hinderungsgründe gibt es und welche Wunschinhalte für zukünftige Gesundheitsförderprogramme (GFP) werden genannt?
Methodik
Im Rahmen einer landesweiten Bestandsanalyse wurden von allen 8348 Kindertageseinrichtungen in Baden-Württemberg 100 Einrichtungen randomisiert ausgewählt. Mit den Einrichtungsleitungen (

= 100) wurden strukturierte Interviews mit 19 Fragen durchgeführt. Die Datenauswertung erfolgte anhand des thematischen Kodierens und der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse.
Ergebnisse
48 % der Einrichtungen sahen keinen Bedarf an Gesundheitsförderung. Konkrete GFP wurden in 28 der 100 Einrichtungen umgesetzt. 50 % der 28 Einrichtungen waren Einrichtungen, die zuvor keinen Bedarf an Gesundheitsförderung angaben. Von den 52 Einrichtungen, die angaben, Bedarf für Gesundheitsförderung zu sehen, führten 25 % ein Programm durch. Meistgenannte Hinderungsgründe waren „Bedarf an anderen (Förder-)Programmen“, „kein Bedarf an Gesundheitsförderung“ und organisatorisch-strukturelle Gründe wie Personal-, Geld- und Zeitmangel. Als Wunschinhalte für zukünftige GFP wurden eine „gute Umsetzbarkeit im Kindergartenalltag“, „altersgerechte Inhalte“, „geringer Zeitaufwand“ und eine „Einbeziehung der Eltern“ genannt.
Diskussion
Es wird deutlich, dass eine breite Öffentlichkeitarbeit geleistet werden muss. Kindergartenleitungen, Trägern, Erziehern und Eltern muss die hohe gesundheitspolitische Relevanz für frühzeitige Gesundheitsförderung vermittelt werden. Es muss verdeutlicht werden, welche prägende (Vorbild-)Rolle Erzieher innehaben und dass bereits Programme zur Gesundheitsförderung existieren, welche den genannten Wunschinhalten entsprechen.
