U članku su dani prikaz i procjena vrijednosti više međusobno povezanih resursa naučnoistraživačkog rada u JNA: djelatnosti i oprema naučnoistraživačkih institucija i naučnoistraživačko osoblje, ...realizirani naučnoistraživački i razvojni projekti te informatička potpora u JNA. Članak čine: uvodni dio s metodičkim obilježjima i povijesnim razvojem naučnoistraživačkog rada, popisi i karakteristike djelatnika u naučnoistraživačkim institucijama, popisi najvažnijih naučnoistraživačkih i razvojnih projekata odabranih područja rada s procjenama njihove vrijednosti, popisi i temeljne odlike djelatnosti procjene vrijednosti pripadajuće opreme naučnoistraživačkih institucija te popis i procjena cjelovite informatičke potpore u JNA. Prikazana je vrijednost opreme ustanova naučnoistraživačkog rada u JNA bez vrijednosti zemljišta, zgrada i temeljnih električnih, vodovodnih, kanalizacijskih i drugih energetskih instalacija. Također, procijenjena je vrijednost većih projekata naučnoistraživačkog rada u JNA, a s ciljem bilanciranja i ovog dijela diobene mase JNA po republikama bivše države. Za identifikaciju najvećeg dijela utvrđene i popisane imovine institucija naučnoistraživačkog rada i prepoznatih projekata naučnoistraživačkog rada korištena je originalna ili kopirana arhivska građa JNA, odnosno dokumenti JNA (odluke, naredbe, pravilnici, Službeni vojni listovi, bilteni, izvješća, planovi, programi, uputstva i dr.), te pisana ili usmena izvješća bivših djelatnika u sustavu naučnoistraživačkog rada u JNA.
U članku su dani prikaz i procjena vrijednosti nastavno-obrazovnih resursa i kapaciteta u JNA, odnosno nastavno-obrazovnih ustanova svih razina obuke, odgoja i izobrazbe, kao što su: samostalni ...centri za odgoj i obuku vojnika, namjenske škole, srednje vojne škole, samostalne vojne akademije, centri vojnih škola i samostalne škole rezervnih oficira. Pored toga, prikazana je i nacionalna struktura kandidata na odabranim razinama izobrazbe, a sagledane su i karakteristike školovanja pripadnika stranih oružanih snaga u nastavno-obrazovnim ustanovama JNA. Na kraju, procijenjena je vrijednost sve pokretne i nepokretne opreme bez vrijednosti zgrada i njihovih instalacija te je provedeno bilanciranje vrijednosti po svim republikama bivše države. Članak se u velikoj mjeri temelji na izvornoj arhivskoj gradi JNA. Sastoji se od uvodnog dijela s metodičkim napomenama i povijesnim razvojem odgojno-obrazovnog rada u JNA, popisa i opisa djelatnosti nastavno-obrazovnih ustanova JNA, procjene njihove vrijednosti temeljene na popisima pripadajuće opreme te prikaza bilanciranja cjelokupne diobene mase po diobenim stavkama.

U ovom članku prvi put bit će prikazani rezultati ekspertize iz jedne od dvadesetak studija Projekta sukcesije koja se odnosila na utvrđivanje veličine i vrijednosti diobene mase vojnoindustrijskih ...resursa i kapaciteta Jugoslavije. Vojnoindustrijski kompleks Jugoslavije sastojao se od radnih organizacija Zajednice industrije naoružanja i vojne opreme Jugoslavije (ZINVOJ), drugih radnih organizacija proizvođača naoružanja i vojne opreme te vojnoremontnih zavoda. Primjenom složenog metodološkog pristupa utemeljenog na povijesnoj metodi, statističkoj metodi, metodi intervjua te metodi analize i sinteze, egzaktno su utvrđeni svi potencijalni diobeni resursi, procijenjene njihove vrijednosti i izrađene diobene bilance. S obzirom na složenost materije, ograničenu dostupnost izvorne arhivske grade te iznimno visoke vrijednosti vojnoindustrijskih resursa, poseban izazov bio je doći do egzaktnih pokazatelja na temelju kojih Republika Hrvatska može ispostaviti račun za svoje gotovo pedesetogodišnje izdašno financiranje navedenih resursa bivše države. Također, rezultati studije nedvosmisleno dokazuju očitu neravnomjernost raspodjele ovih resursa po republikama, a u odnosu na stvarni doprinos republika u financiranju saveznog proračuna. To jasno upućuje na ciljano stečenu prednost Srbije koju je ista vojno, politički i psihološki iskoristila u krvavom raspadu SFR Jugoslavije. U svemu tome, uloga JNA kao čuvarice centralističke unitarne Jugoslavije te komunističke i nadnacionalne ideologije, bila je presudna.
This paper gives review & value estimation of scientific & research resources in YPA: scientific research institutions activities, equipments & personnel, realized research & development projects & ...information support in YPA. This paper consists of: the overview of methodological approach used in research & presents the historic development of scientific research in YPA, the catalog of employees of research institutions with their professional qualifications, the inventories of most important research & development projects of selected scopes of work with the estimation of their values, the inventories & basic characteristics of research activities, the value estimations of equipment belonging to scientific research institutions & the inventory & estimation of complete information support in YPA. The value of equipment of research institutions in YPA without values of real estate, buildings & basic electrical, water pipeline, sewage system & other infrastructure is presented. Also, the value of major scientific & research projects in YPA is estimated in order to compile the balance-sheet of this part of YPA shared assets among the former state republics. The YPA archives & YPA documents (decisions, decrees, regulations, official military certificates, bulletins, reports, plans, programs, instructions & other materials) as well as written or oral history of former YPA researchers are used to identify the major part of determined & inventoried YPA scientific & research institution assets. The paper, a part of the Succession Project, represents the first account of the expert evaluation of military industrial complex in former socialist Yugoslavia, addressing its elements, size, value ...& balance-sheet between former republics. Military industrial complex of former Yugoslavia consisted of members of Association of Military Arms & Equipment Industry of Yugoslavia (known by acronym ZINVOJ), followed by other manufacturers of weapons & equipment & by various repairing facilities. Applying complex methodology, & using historical accounts, available statistical data, oral history & other analytical & synthetical tools, the paper identifies all resources, gives its material value & establishes balance sheets in this field. Given the complexity of the matter, limited availability of archival documentation & relatively high total value of the resources, the establishment of a reliable basis upon which Croatia can claim compensation for its half a century long contribution to military industrial complex of former state. The results clearly show that Serbia had the advantage in this field & used it as military, political & psychological means during the bloody dissolution of second Yugoslavia. In that sense, the role of YPA imposing itself above the civilian institutions of the federal state as a guardian of centralist unitary Yugoslavia as well as the bastion of communist ideology was more than important. This paper reviews the YPA's education & training resources & institutions. It overviews the educational/training capacities & estimates the value of these resources & institutions, including: ...soldiers training centers, special schools, secondary military schools, military academies, military school centers & reserve officer schools. Besides, the national/ethnic structures of candidates at selected educational levels are presented, as well as the characteristics of foreign nationality armed forces personnel schooling at YPA's educational & training institutions. Finally, all the movable & unmovable educational & training equipment value is estimated, without values of real estate, buildings & their basic infrastructure. The value balance-sheet for all former state republics is created. Introductory part of the article gives the overview of methodological approach used in research & presents the history of the development of YPA educational & training institutions. This is followed by inventories & descriptions of YPA educational & training institutions & their activities, their value estimation -- based on equipment inventories and the shared balance-sheet reviews of overall YPA educational & training facilities.
