The transition from traditional to digital of financial industry in Indonesia is supported by the role of peer-to-peer lending platform. Technology disruption on the peer-to-peer lending platform ...goes hand in hand with the high risks that must be faced by the users. In this study, text classification is conducted to find the risks that perceived by the users. Text classification process follows the CRISP-DM data mining process and uses SVM which generates better accuracy compared to the other algorithms. Twitter data of peer-to-peer lending platforms is used in this study and classified based on the perceived risk into six classes, namely performance, financial, time, psychological, social, and privacy. The result of text classification using SVM algorithm generate 81.51% accuracy. Classification results indicate that performance risk is the most felt risk by users and must be considered by peer-to-peer Lending platforms.
Business Intelligence is one of the information technologies that can help business processes and decision-making processes in organizations. PT PGD is one of the companies that utilize BI technology ...to support the company's business operations. Unfortunately, the implementation of BI has not had the expected impact because there are still operational constraints that have caused company losses. Based on the problem, it is necessary to research by reviewing BI in terms of features, infrastructure, and implementation as a whole to optimize the effectiveness and operational capabilities of BI which have been implemented in PT PGD. The method used to conduct the research is the integrative model. The results of the study provide recommendations for PT PGD to implement BI in the entire business in organization so that BI processes can provide solutions according to company needs, especially in business operational processes.
Chatbots are a highly developed technology, especially in the current COVID-19 pandemic to apply contactless activities. Unfortunately, most of companies that have been implemented chatbot has failed ...gained benefit from the chatbot. This shows companies need to evaluate usability of the chatbot. One of specific questionnaire to evaluate usability of chatbot is Chatbot Usability Questionnaire (CUQ). Currently CUQ is only available in English and there is no research that provides CUQ in the Indonesian version. This research focuses on translating CUQ and producing a reliable Indonesian version of CUQ. CUQ needs to be adapted naturally into Indonesian so it can be understood by all types of users. Cross-cultural adaptation approach is used to translate CUQ to Indonesia. The reliability test was run with 100 respondents and resulted in Cronbach's alpha value of 0.749. This value indicated that CUQ is reliable and can be used in chatbot research and evaluation.
