Abstract
The announcement of the 2020/2021 academic year as the Year of Mathematical Education in Ukraine and the adoption of the Concept for the Development of Natural and Mathematical Education ...(STEM-education) until 2027 were a response to the systemic crisis of mathematical training in general secondary education and training of mathematics teachers in Ukraine. The World focus on the integration of natural and mathematics, informatical and engineering education requires rethinking of the role and place of Informatics as a science, as a study discipline and as a basis of computer engineering in training future mathematics teachers. Nowadays, the teacher of mathematics should be capable for effective professional activity in a rapidly changing technology, educational paradigms and catastrophic educational disruptions, such as the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract
This article is an attempt to rethink the concepts of “methodic” and “methodologic / methodical system” as basic to educational technology. What should be the structure of a methodical ...system? What is primary – the methodical system or the methodology? How are methodical systems created and developed? How do educational technology and a methodical system relate? How does changing the components of a system make it emergent? These and other issues are explored through the development of a new class of teaching methods – computer-based training systems.
The description of Dynamic Albedo of Neutrons (DAN) experiment is presented, as a part of the NASA’s Mars Science Laboratory mission onboard the mars rover Curiosity. The instrument DAN includes ...Pulsing Neutron Generator (PNG) producing pulses of 14.1 MeV neutrons for irradiation of subsurface material below the rover, and Detectors and Electronics (DE) unit, which operates the instrument itself and measures the die-away time profiles of epithermal and thermal neutrons following each neutron pulse. It is shown that the DAN investigation will measure a content of hydrogen along the path of the MSL rover, and it will also provide information about a depth distribution of hydrogen at 10–20 regions selected for the detailed studies and sampling analysis.
Background

In the context of global climate change, the study and development of genetic material with environmental plasticity and stability in the manifestation of its traits becomes relevant. ...The scientific and practical results achieved in triticale breeding place this crop among the most popular cereals in terms of economic importance. However, the main problem for the use of triticale in breeding practice is its limited genetic resources.
Materials and methods
. The research materials were 161 winter triticale (×
Triticosecale
Wittm. ex A. Camus) accessions from the global collection of VIR. The study and breeding-oriented assessment of the material were based on conventional breeding techniques and carried out according to the guidelines approved by VIR with minor amendments. The obtained research data underwent statistical analysis using the method by A. V. Kilchevsky and L. V. Khotyleva.
Results
. Environmental and genetic parameters were analyzed under the conditions of the Middle Volga Region of Russia. Genotypes were identified for their high general adaptability, i. e., securing the highest average yield in the entire set of environments. Cultivars were also selected for their least variable high yields under the impact of weather conditions. The analysis of the studied set of accessions showed that both high-yielding and low-yielding genotypes were stable. The character’s mean value and its environmental sensitivity were relatively independent and could be incorporated in one genotype in various combinations. This finding can be used in the process of triticale breeding.
The article is devoted to the identification and analysis of indicators of the risk of low-quality education in Russian universities. In 2021-2022, the approach to higher education inspections has ...changed significantly: accreditation monitoring has been introduced, it includes eight indicators. However, this monitoring was formed by the expert community, so the results of its testing in practice have yet to be analyzed. The purpose of this work is to identify risk factors for estimation the likelihood of violations of mandatory requirements by universities, and to develop recommendations for expanding the set of risk indicators included in accreditation monitoring. The main methods used in the work are methods of quantitative analysis, including econometric modeling. The novelty of the work is determined by the approach used: risk indicators are identified using a quantitative econometric analysis of data on the observed characteristics and results of inspections of Russian universities in 2015-2019. The results of the study indicate the possibility of supplementing the set of accreditation monitoring indicators. As additional indicators, first of all, various characteristics of research activities of universities can be used. Such a change in accreditation monitoring will increase its effectiveness as a preliminary assessment tool used in the implementation of a risk-based approach to state control. In cases where the assessment of even extended monitoring is ambiguous, the quantitative model proposed by the authors can be used.

The kinetic features of the decomposition of fuel pellets formed from birch phloem and its composites with the addition of oil-containing waste (OCW) were studied by methods of thermogravimetric ...analysis carried out in various atmospheric conditions. The characteristic temperature ranges of thermal decomposition of the materials from which pellets are formed were identified. The rates of mass loss and activation energy at the main stages of thermal decomposition were evaluated. And the combustion indices of composite compositions were determined to identify the possibility of using such compositions as alternative fuels. By evaluating activation energies for each stage of sample decomposition, the limiting influence of certain stages of the thermal destruction process was established.
In this work, physicochemical features, thermal behaviour, and combustion properties of a coal dust of Pavlovskiy brown coal were studied. For investigations of kinetic properties of fine coal ...particles combustion, the laboratory-made setup was developed and constructed. An experimental research on the properties of fine coal particles was carried out. Additionally, thermophysical characteristics of coal dust, compositions of thermal decomposition products and particle size distribution were investigated.
Estimates of the content of dissolved methane, hydrogen, and helium in seawater of the Kara Sea were obtained. It was found that the methane concentration in the studied areas varied from 1.3 to 27 ...nmol/L. The highest methane concentrations were detected in the subsurface layers of seawater on the outer shelf, in the zone of freshwater runoff from the Ob and Yenisei rivers. The methane distribution pattern in the water column of the Novaya Zemlya Depression is heterogeneous and most likely controlled by freshwater runoff from Novaya Zemlya. At some stations in the Kara Sea, there is a correlation between the high concentrations of methane (20 nmol/L), hydrogen (8 nmol/L), and helium (5 nmol/L) in the upper layer of the water column (10–70 m). No gas migration from bottom sediments into water was detected at these stations. Most likely, the high gas concentrations are associated with advection from enriched areas.
