The purpose of this study is to discuss the prohibition of LGBT in the World Cup. As one of the developed countries in the Middle East, of course Qatar is considered as one of the countries that has ...great influence in solving various problems in the global arena. Including their appearance at the 2022 World Cup. This World Series is very special because this is the first time this tournament has been held in the Middle East region. A thing that is quite rare considering the world of football is more inclined to European and Latin American football civilizations. The 2022 World Cup is going quite well, but controversial issues remain. The crux of the problem is that the state of Qatar prohibits LGBT attributes, which has led to harsh criticism from countries with their own understanding of LGBT. The research method used to solve this problem is normative law, and data is collected through primary data and analyzed qualitatively. This study claims that Qatar, which was chosen to host the World Cup, has the right to decide on several regulations according to the laws of the country. This has become FIFA's official rules as the organizer of the World Cup. One of Qatar's rules is to prohibit LGBT campaigns that violate Islamic religious law.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan penalaran formal siswa SMA dan hubungannya terhadap hasil belajar kimia pada materi sifat koligatif. Penelitian jenis survei ...non-eksperimental ini melibatkan 67 siswa kelas XII MIPA yang akan melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi sebagai responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari Test of Logical Thinking (TOLT) yang menggambarkan kemampuan penalaran formal siswa dan tes prestasi belajar koligatif yang menunjukkan prestasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara keterampilan penalaran formal dengan prestasi belajar siswa dengan tingkat korelasi yang tinggi (r = 0,544). Sedangkan berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinan diketahui bahwa hampir 30% prestasi belajar koligatif siswa dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan penalaran formalnya. Jika dianalisis lebih lanjut, penalaran proporsional dan probabilistik memiliki persentase lebih tinggi (keduanya sama 61,94%) dibandingkan variabel kontrol dan penalaran korelasional (keduanya sama 52,985%). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan kemampuan penalaran memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman materi siswa pada materi sifat koligatif larutan sesuai dengan persamaan y = 4,386 + 0,744x. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan bernalar memiliki kontribusi positif dalam memprediksi pemahaman mereka dalam mempelajari konsep-konsep di jenjang perkuliahan nantinya. Selain itu, faktor kognitif lain yang diperkirakan mempengaruhi persiapan siswa sebelum memasuki perguruan tinggi atau universitas perlu dipahami.

The study was designed using a case-control approach. Ninety-nine MetS subjects (34 Normo-weight and 65 obese) from the urban population were enrolled in this study. The components of MetS are based on NCEP/ATP III criteria. Asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) and vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1) as markers for endothelial dysfunction were measured in both groups.
Fasting blood glucose (FBG) levels were higher in the normo-weight group (143.38 ± 79.8 mg/dL) compared to the obese group (120.89 ± 46.5 mg/dL). High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) levels in the normo-weight group were lower (42.82 ± 10.1 mg/dL) compared to obesity (45.74 ± 9.3 mg/dL), while triacylglycerol (TAG) levels were higher in the obese (197.25 ± 110.5 mg/dL) compared to the normo-weight group (167.03 ± 98.4 mg/dL), although the differences were statistically not significant (all p > 0.05). The difference between ADMA and VCAM-1 levels was statistically not significant in both groups. Correlation between MetS components with endothelial dysfunction parameters shows that metabolic parameters correlate strongly. Interestingly, a stronger correlation between FBG and ADMA was observed in normo-weight (r = 0.519) compared to obese groups (r = 0.445). In addition, TAG consistently shows a significant correlation with ADMA and VCAM-1 in normo-weight groups.
Metabolic parameters, especially FBG and TAG, correlate strongly with endothelial dysfunction parameters in normo-weight subjects with metabolic syndrome.

Plankton in shrimp ...farming can be used to maintain the balance of the pond ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to analyze the plankton community in the whiteleg Litopenaeus vannamei shrimp pond ecosystem. This research was conducted in January-April 2023 and it is a descriptive study using a survey method. The research location is in an intensive whiteleg shrimp aquaculture pond in Probolinggo, East Java. The results showed that the plankton found in whiteleg shrimp ponds consisted of phytoplankton and zooplankton. The phytoplankton found consisted of 4 phyla with 18 genera, while zooplankton consisted of 3 phyla with 8 genera. Phytoplankton phylum consists of Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta and Dinophyta, while zooplankton consists of Arthropoda, Ciliophora and Rotifera phyla. The highest total abundance of phytoplankton was 8,192,370 cells/L, while zooplankton was 55,121 cells/L. The highest abundance of phytoplankton was Oocystis (Chlorophyta) of 8,094,015 cells/L, while zooplankton, namely Euplotes (Ciliophora) was 40,154 ind/L. The index of diversity, uniformity and dominance of phytoplankton ranged from 0.05-1.76, 0.02-0.65 and 0.38-0.99, respectively. Zooplankton has diversity, uniformity and dominance indices ranging from 0-2.03, 0-1 and 0.27-1, respectively.

Wetlands ...are a productive ecosystem and have high biodiversity, including plankton. Plankton can be used to assess the health status of wetlands. This research aims to determine the diversity and abundance of phytoplankton and zooplankton and to analyze the water quality conditions of the tropical wetland (Rowo Klampok Swamp, Malang District, East Java, Indonesia). This research was conducted from May to June 2023 and it's a survey research. The research results show that the phytoplankton found in Rowo Klampok Swamp consists of 4 divisions with 13 genera, while there are 3 divisions with 3 genera in zooplankton. Phytoplankton divisions are Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, and Dinoflagellate, while zooplankton divisions are Arthropoda, Ciliophora, and Rotifera. The average value of total phytoplankton abundance reached 2,618,684 cells/L, while zooplankton was 10,504 Ind/L. The Chlorophyta division is the most commonly found phytoplankton, with a percentage ranging between 32.5 and 53.1%, respectively. Dictyosphaerium is a phytoplankton genus often found with the highest average abundance of 1,922,929 cells/L. The diversity index, uniformity index, and dominance index of phytoplankton ranged between 1.965-2.439, 0.945-1.173, and 0.125-0.213, respectively, while those of zooplankton were 0.496-0.529, 0.317-0.593 and 0.458-0.684, respectively. Rowo Klampok Swamp has a medium trophic level (mesotrophic) and shows moderate pollution. The water quality conditions are considered suitable for aquatic organisms, but we need to monitor and reduce phosphorus input into the bodies of water.

Periphyton is one aquatic organism that attaches to the substrate and can be used as a bioindicator. This study analyzes the community structure and dynamics of periphyton on bamboo substrates in whiteleg shrimp ponds with a semi-biofloc system. The study was conducted from May to July 2022. The bamboo substrate was placed in the ponds, and the samples were taken every seven days to 8 weeks. Identification and calculation of periphyton using Lackey Drop Micro transect Counting Method. The periphyton was found on a bamboo substrate in whiteleg shrimp ponds with a semi-biofloc system consisting of phyto-periphyton and zoo-periphyton. The phyto-periphyton group contains 4 phylum, 21 species, including the Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, and Ocrophyta. The zoo-periphyton group has 4 phylum, 10 species consisting of Arthropoda, Ciliophora, Nematoda, and Rotifera. The abundance of periphyton found changes every week. The relative abundance of phyto-periphyton includes phylum Bacillariophyta (17-69%), Chlorophyta (1-22%), Cyanophyta (30-65%), and Ocrophyta (0-25%), while zoo-periphyton includes phylum Arthropoda (0-3%), Ciliophora (69-99%), Nematodes (0-2%) and Rotifers (0-28%). The total abundance of phyto-periphyton on bamboo substrate ranged from 223,806-989,398 cells/L, while zoo-periphyton ranged from 396-1,924 individual/L. The diversity, uniformity, and dominance index of phyto-periphyton and zoo-periphyton are moderate. Water quality parameters during the study were relatively good for aquatic organism growth, except for very high total organic matter levels in several weeks.
Dusun Tanggang, Pesawaran, Lampung merupakan salah satu daerah di Indonesia yang belum terjamah akses listrik dari PLN. Infrastruktur menjadi kendala untuk mengalirkan aliran listrik ke dalam dusun. ...Sehingga, masyarakat Dusun Tanggang memanfaatkan potensi energi air untuk dijadikan sumber energi listrik dalam bentuk Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro (PLTMH). PLTMH Dusun Tanggang ini dibangun dari swadaya masyarakat yang tergabung dalam kelompok turbin dan sudah beroperasi sejak tahun 2009. Kapasitas dari PLTMH yang dimiliki sebesar 3 kW dan diperuntukkan untuk 5 rumah anggota kelompok turbin. Ironisnya, karena masa operasional yang sudah lebih dari 10 tahun, menyebabkan penurunan produksi energi listrik dari PLTMH. Hal ini disebabkan oleh komponen PLTMH yang mengalami kerusakan, seperti karat dan harus diganti dengan komponen yang baru. Oleh karena itu, Tim PPK ORMAWA HMSE melalui program pengabdiannya berinisiasi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan penggantian komponen PLTMH berupa turbin dan generator mikrohidro berkapasitas 5 kW. Program ini dilakukan melalui metode partisipatory approach yang melibatkan masyarakat dan instansi terkait dalam pelaksanaan program. Hasil dari program yang dilakukan, yakni penerapan PLTMH yang dapat mengaliri 5 rumah dengan aliran daya mencapai 1 kW. Melalui program ini juga diharapkan Dusun Tanggang dapat menjadi role model dalam kemandirian energi dengan pembentukan Komunitas Energi Dusun Tanggang.
Tanggang Hamlet, Pesawaran, Lampung is one of the areas in Indonesia that has not yet had access to electricity from PLN. Infrastructure is an obstacle to channeling electricity into the hamlet. Thus, the people of Tanggang Hamlet utilize the potential of water energy to be used as a source of electrical energy in the form of a Microhydro Power Plant (PLTMH). The Tanggang Hamlet PLTMH was built from self-help from the community members of the turbine group and has been operating since 2009. The capacity of the PLTMH is 3 kW and is intended for 5 houses of the turbine group members. Ironically, because the operational period has been more than 10 years, this has resulted in a decrease in electrical energy production from PLTMH. This is caused by PLTMH components that are damaged, such as rust and must be replaced with new components. Therefore, the ORMAWA HMSE PPK Team, through its service program, took the initiative to overcome this problem by replacing PLTMH components in the form of turbines and micro-hydro generators with a capacity of 5 kW. This program is carried out through a participatory approach method that involves the community and related agencies in implementing the program. The result of the program carried out is the implementation of PLTMH which can power 5 houses with a power flow of up to 1 kW. Through this program, it is also hoped that Tanggang Hamlet can become a role model in energy independence by establishing the Tanggang Hamlet Energy Community.
Introduction: Article 45 paragraph 1 letter e creates legal uncertainty regarding the rights of the auction winner in terms of transfer of rights and control of the auction object due to a blockade ...from the debtor or other party.Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this research is to examine the legal certainty of Article 45 Paragraph 1 Letter e of Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration against blocking of auction objects and legal protection for auction winners executing mortgage rights in the event of blocking of auction objects.Methods of the Research: The research method used is normative legal research.Results of the Research: The results of the study show that the form of legal protection for the auction winner is preventive legal protection, in which the name transfer process by the auction winner should still be carried out by understanding the meaning of Article 45 paragraph 1 lettere, namely the material claim or dispute referred to is limited to ownership disputes, not debts. Furthermore, legal protection is repressive, i.e. the auction winner can request assistance from the District Court to empty the object. The auction winner can hold the seller accountable in the form of compensation, and the auction winner can file a lawsuit against the unlawful act against the blockade applicant and the Land Office as the institution authorized to carry out block records.
