Generation Z (Gen Z) is the young generation born between the mid-1990s and 2010s. They are now entering the market and starting their first jobs. Therefore, managers must shape the company workplace ...environment to encourage young employees to work efficiently and connect their future with the company. Only then will both managers and employees share mutual satisfaction from collaboration and aim at the common target, which should be the prosperity of the company. This book presents research results and techniques for analysing the working expectations and needs of Gen Z. The analyses were made in various countries in Europe: The Czech Republic, Latvia, Poland, and Portugal. The book contains chapters that present the analysis results and technical chapters that outline modern methods of analysis of management data, including tutorial chapters on machine learning, which currently makes a strong appearance in research in various disciplines. This volume will be of interest to researchers, academics, practitioners, and students in the fields of management studies, research methods, and human resource management.

The linear homotopy theory for codifferential operator on Riemannian manifolds is developed in analogy to a similar idea for exterior derivative. The main object is the cohomotopy operator, which ...singles out a module of anticoexact forms from the module of differential forms defined on a star-shaped open subset of a manifold. It is shown that there is a direct sum decomposition of a differential form into coexact and anticoexat parts. This decomposition gives a new way of solving exterior differential systems. The method is applied to equations of fundamental physics, including vacuum Dirac-Kähler equation, coupled Maxwell-Kalb-Ramond system of equations occurring in a bosonic string theory and its reduction to the Dirac equation.
The paper presents the solution for the existence of analytic solutions for some generalized Lane–Emden (LE) equation. Such a solution exists on the unit interval, in which endpoints are ...singularities of the proposed perturbed LE equation. The solution has many possible applications and one of the examples was provided.
The paper focuses on various properties and applications of the homotopy operator, which occurs in the Poincaré lemma. In the first part, an abstract operator calculus is constructed, where the ...exterior derivative is an abstract derivative and the homotopy operator plays the role of an abstract integral. This operator calculus can be used to formulate abstract differential equations. An example of the eigenvalue problem that resembles the fermionic quantum harmonic oscillator is presented. The second part presents the dual complex to the Dolbeault bicomplex generated by the homotopy operator on complex manifolds.
In this paper we study the generalized Emden–Fowler and the generalized isothermal spheres equations. We examine singularities of solutions which are analytic at the origin. We also find an ...asymptotic behaviour of these solutions at infinity. A correspondence between these equations when one of the parameters tends to infinity is presented.
Description of a Mathematica package that performs weight-homogeneous decompositions of polynomial vector fields will be presented. The package has also functions that compute the Kovalevskaya matrix ...and exponents. Some details of implementation and examples will be also outlined. It can be used in the testing of integrability of dynamical systems described by vector fields as well as in the Painleve analysis.
Neural networks used in computations with more advanced algebras than real numbers perform better in some applications. However, there is no general framework for constructing hypercomplex neural ...networks. We propose a library integrated with Keras that can do computations within TensorFlow and PyTorch. It provides Dense and Convolutional 1D, 2D, and 3D layers architectures.
Fully tensorial theory of hypercomplex neural networks is given. The key point is to observe that the algebra multiplication can be represented as a rank three tensor. This approach is attractive for ...neural network libraries that support effective tensorial operations.
We connect the well-known theory of functional forms of variational bicomplex with the theory of antiexact differential forms. We identify antiexact functional forms as an obstruction to the ...variationality of differential equations. The most prominent result of this observation is the formulation of the variational problem for some differential equations that are not variational and neither have a variational multiplier. Heat, Navier-Stokes, and KdV equations illustrate this new variational principle.
