This study aims to improve learning outcomes by applying learning models to Realistic Mathematic Education on material for arithmetic operations on fractions in class V SDN 1 Karangkendal, Kapetakan ...District, Cirebon Regency. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted in 3 cycles. The subjects of this study were 29 grade 5 students at SDN 1 Karangkendal, Kapetakan District, Cirebon Regency. Research data was collected through tests. This data analysis uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed increased learning outcomes in fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Karangkendal, Kapetakan District, Cirebon Regency, through a learning model, Realistic Mathematic Education. The increase in student learning outcomes is shown by the increasing number of students who meet the Minimum Mastery Criteria scores. In cycle one there were 62.1% of students achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria scores. Then, in cycle two there were 75.9% of students had achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria score; in cycle three, 86.2% of students had achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria score. Based on these results, there is an increase in student learning outcomes with the application of learning models Realistic Mathematic Education on material for arithmetic operations on fractions at SDN 1 Karangkendal, Kapetakan District, Cirebon Regency.
Motivation is a crucial factor influencing student performance in the Mathematics learning process. This research aims to identify strategies to enhance student motivation in Mathematics, addressing ...the common issue of low enthusiasm and reduced classroom activity. The objective is to develop effective teaching methods that increase student perseverance and independent learning in Mathematics. The study applied a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys to measure student motivation levels and qualitative interviews with teachers to explore successful motivational strategies. Data was collected from 200 high school students and 20 Mathematics teachers in Jakarta. Statistical analysis was used to identify significant factors affecting Motivation, while thematic analysis provided insights into effective teaching practices. The results indicate interactive teaching methods, personalized feedback, and real-world problem-solving activities significantly boost student motivation. Students reported higher engagement and better performance when these strategies were implemented. The study concludes that adopting these methods can effectively address low Motivation in Mathematics, improving student outcomes.

Audiologists is an individual that has close connection with deaf and hearing impairment students. This research is done to study the perception of the special education teachers on the involvement ...of audiologists in special education school. In this research, quantitative data which is questionnaire is used as the research instrument. The data obtained were analyzed using Microsoft Excel XLstat. The total of 165 teachers that are included in this research through snow-balling sampling. Results shown that 149 (90.8 percent) of the teachers agreed that the role of audiologists is vital to improve the special education quality in Malaysia. In general, the teachers have high comprehency toward the common function of the audiologists but a very worrying understanding on their specific role. It is proven when special education teachers are unsure about whether audiologists only work in hospitals (56 teachers (33.9 percent)), involved in balance problems (65 teachers (39.4 percent)) and vestibular problems (88 teachers (53.3 percent)). The research shown that having an audiologist helps to reduce the impact of hearing loss for the deaf students when 152 (83.8 percent) special education teachers agreed that the involvement of audiologists in the education system benefits many teachers and students thus prepares a better and more condusive environment for them.
