Due to its significance, character education implementation at Indonesian educational institutions including the Indonesian Islamic Boarding School (pesantren) is compulsory. However, the quality of ...its implementation within pesantren needs to be developed. This research was conducted to investigate the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the character education process as an endeavour to create Indonesian good citizens. To achieve the research objectives, a qualitative case study design at PesantrenGontor was employed. The research found that the process of character education at this pesantren is based on the core values of Gontor. There are some core characters inculcated at Gontor comprising sincerity, simplicity, self-reliance, care, freedom, religiousness, tolerance, discipline, and responsibility. Those characters are inculcated through the dynamic totality of campus life which contains a wide range of activities aimed at creating good citizens for Indonesia. The methods of character education are role model, creating a conducive milieu, directing, giving assignments, habituation, instruction, and training. Those methods are underpinned by the implementation of the basic concept of TQM that emphasises customer satisfaction which is limited by Gontor values. Based on the research findings, pesantren-based character education which is underpinned by TQM could be adopted by other models of educational institutions.

In addition, teachers also have a huge task in the process of learning both in the classroom and outside the classroom. Thus the knowledge of a teacher will determine the quality of the learning. It enable teacher to implement creative and innovative process of education. To do so, teacher needs to have capability in developing the design of curriculum, in order to enhance the quality of instruction and education process.

Jiwa entrepreneurship menjadi salah satu soft skill yang harus ditanamkan pesantren kepada para santrinya. Penanaman jiwa ini akan bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik jika pesantren menjalin kerjasama dengan dunia usaha. Makalah ini akan membahas dasar hukum kemitraan pesantren dengan dunia usaha dan analisa terhadap manajemen kerjasama tersebut.

Konsep Teologi Dunia (World Theology) yang dipaparkan oleh Wilfred Cantwell Smith serta konsep Teologi Global (Global Theology) yang dipopulerkan oleh John Hick adalah dua wacana kesetaraan agama-agama yang nyata terpengaruhi skeptisisme.

These deeds are not in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an and as-Sunnah which are manifested in Law Number 20 of 2003 by the National Education System, Article number 3. In achieving the goals of Moral Education, efficient processes and methods are needed so that these objectives can be achieved maximally as desired. Therefore, Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor is one of the Islamic education institutions in Ponorogo that conducts the process of education and teaching and learning by instilling Moral Education values to their students (santri). The purpose of this study was to determine the application of habituation methods in the moral education of fifth-grade students of KMI Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, as well as to know the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in their application. While the method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study. To collect data, researchers used three methods, namely: interviews, observations, and documentaries, while in analyzing data, researchers used Miles and Huberman's theory which included three steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.
This research aims at knowing the implementation of pedagogical ecocriticism to enhance environmental awareness after two years pandemic era shape the teaching and learning process passively. As a ...quantitative research design, this research tried to reveal the power of pedagogical ecocriticism towards environmental awareness. As a means of pre-experimental research, the researcher pointed a statistic parametric test with paired sample t-test to determine the significance of defectiveness between pedagogical ecocriticism and environmental awareness. SPSS for Windows (Evaluation Version 22) was used for the analysis. The instrument used was the modified instrument from Gerrad (2012) which cover Pollution, Apocalypse, Position, Pastoral, Future, Wilderness, Dwelling, Animist, Sacred Place, Mysticism, and the Earth. There were forty students from the Islamic University of Majapahit Mojokerto, half students from the English Department, and a half from the Indonesian Department. Based on statistical analysis, pearson product-moment was used to correlate the pre-test and post-test, and it shows that the correlation value was .423 and sig. Value was .063. Its means that the significant result; 063 was higher than 005, and (2-tailed) was .000 < 0,005 or .000 is smaller than 0,05. It can be concluded that hypothesis H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. There is significance result between pedagogical ecocriticism and environmental awareness at the data of pretest and posttest. The final result proved that Ecocriticism has a great significance to pay heed of pedagogical in environmental awareness in general.
The government efforts to dissolve the societal organizations must be carried out in accordance of stages and processes stipulated in the Law on Societal Organizations. Persuasive efforts must be ...done first before the imposition of administrative sanctions. Administrative sanctions in the form of warning letters and temporary suspensions of activities need to be done before the Government dissolves the societal organizations after a court decision was obtained from the permanent legal force. The writer considered that the dissolution of societal organizations by the Government was urgent for the present, but the Government before dissolving societal organizations should seek consideration from the Constitutional Court of Indonesia as the guardian, and interpreter of Pancasila. Thus, the Constitutional Court of Indonesia as a neutral judicial institution shall have the authority to consider whether a societal organization will be dissolved.

Berbagai usaha dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan tetap mempertimbangkan protokol kesehatan sesuai dengan SKB 4 Mentri. Berbagai hambatan, kesulitan, dan keterbatasan dihadapi dalam proses belajar mengajar, mulai dari faktor peserta didik, keluarga peserta didik, maupun sarana dan prasarana yang kurang representatif, namun kementrian pendidikan dan kebudayaan (kemendikbud) tetap menginstruksikan seluruh pendidik di semua jenjang pendidikan agar dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dari rumah baik siswa maupun mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, peran guru sangat dibutuhkan dalam memanage atau mengelola pembelajaran mulai dari perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pelaksanaan (actuating) dan evaluasi (evaluating) dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar di masa pandemi covid 19 saat ini, baik implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dalam jaringan (daring) maupun luar jaringan (luring).manajemen pembelajaran
The current COVID-19 pandemic forces the educational field to adapt to e-learning to continue teaching and learning. This study aimed to analyze the use of e-learning platforms during the COVID-19 ...crisis, especially in the biology education program. This study used a quantitative survey design. Through purposive sampling, 100 lecturers from 43 universities in Indonesia participated in this study. Data collection was carried out by using an online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic content analysis. The findings showed that WhatsApp, Google Classroom, and Zoom remain the most used e-learning platforms in Indonesian universities due to their accessibility and affordability. Participants’ obstacles during online learning centered on the limited network and quota as well as controlling aspects. Suggestions for further online learning are providing internet quota assistance, infrastructure, and network refinement and planning a comprehensive and careful learning design. The findings of this study can be a reference for biology education lecturers as well as universities officials in determining and using e-learning platforms during COVID-19 to improve online learning in Indonesian higher education during the pandemic.
Berdasarkan potret buruk pemenuhan hak atas pangan, maka penelitian ini mengusulkan penguatan norma jaminan perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak atas pangan dalam rencana Amandemen Kelima UUD 1945. Tujuan ...penelitian ini agar dimuatnya hak atas pangan sebagai materi muatan konstitusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian ini: UUD 1945 mengalami kelemahan, terutama pengaturan dalam jaminan, pemenuhan dan perlindungan hak atas pangan yang tidak secara eksplisit diatur. Yang diperkuat dengan fakta-fakta beberapa kasus krisis pangan di Indonesia memberikan justifikasi bahwa eksistensi hak atas pangan urgen dimuat dalam Amandemen UUD 1945 Kelima untuk memperkuat hak atas pangan dalam konstitusi dan amandemen konstitusi juga memberikan jaminan ketersediaan lahan pertanian demi mewujudkan ketahanan pangan. Dalam amandemen tersebut, Penulis menilai memberikan kepastian hukum kepada warga negara agar haknya di bidang pangan lebih terjamin. Sehingga bisa dikatakan bahwa UUD 1945 adalah Konstitusi Pangan.
