Polymorphisms rs10757278, rs1333049, rs2228314 gene SREBF-2, rs1799864 gene CCR2 are associated with sudden cardiac death in men.
Introduction. CDKN2A deletion is a frequent cytogenetic abnormality in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), ranging from 18 to 46 %, associating with Т-cell ALL, high WBC counts, splenomegaly, ...lymphadenopathy. In pediatric group of patient’s CDKN2A deletion was associated with poor event-free survival. The prognostic impact of CDKN2A deletion in adult ALL patients appear controversial. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic impact of the CDKN2A deletion in adult patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, which were treated by RALL-2009.Materials and methods. We present the results of the CDKN2A deletion in 110 adult patients with newly diagnosed Ph-negative (Ph‒) ALL, which were treated by RALL-2009 (NCT01193933) since June 2009 till September 2016. Patients characteristics: the median age was 26 years (range 15–54), 65 (59 %) of the 110 patients had a B-precursor phenotype, 42 (38 %) had a T-cell phenotype, 3 (2.7 %) patients – biphenotypical ALL. Interphase fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) was performed for detection CDKN2A deletion, MLL, с-MYC rearrangement, TP53 deletion, t (1;19) (q23; p13.3)/TCF3-PBX1, t (12;21) (p13.2; q22.1)/ETV6-RUNX1 and iAMP21. The median follow-up was 31 months (0.5 to 80 months).Results. The prevalence of the CDKN2A deletion in all studied population was 24.3 % (27 cases). Our study demonstrated that CDKN2A deletion had no significant association with age, sex and blast cells immunophenotype. The analysis for T-ALL has detected that CDKN2A deletion was strongly associated with high WBC count (the median is 86 × 109/L; p = 0.006) and with high lactate dehydrogenase level (the median is 3062 IU; p = 0.0004). But in BCP-ALL cases similar correlation was not found. CDKN2A deletion didn’t have statistically significant impact on outcome of patients. OS for patients with BCP-ALL with and without deletion was 85 and 76 % (p = 0.35); DFS was 92 and 65 % (p = 0.07), respectively. OS for T-ALL patients with and without deletion was 90 and 80 % (p = 0.63); DFS was 100 and 82 % (p = 0.24), respectively. Conclusion: CDKN2A deletion is not adverse prognostic factor in adult ALL patients treated according to protocol RALL-2009.
An efficient method for the analysis of nonstationary vibrations of structures by finite element modeling in the space of Fourier transforms is presented.
Nowadays, many meetings, lessons, conferences, and presentations are organized online, where it is complicated to communicate with an audience and control their engagement and emotions. In this ...article, we present a novel C++ application that is led to help estimate facial identities and expressions. It captures a screen with a window of an arbitrary online conference tool. Next, facial regions are detected, and two efficient neural networks are used to identify a participant of an online event, track his or her face, predict emotional state, and provide a log with timestamps and facial expressions of each person.
•Engagement Estimator has an efficient functionality to FER on the online events.•Real-time facial analysis can be run on a wide range of different devices.•Work with any online conference software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.).•Provide information to analysis which can help to increase quality of online events.
For a regular tournament T of odd order n, let cm(T) be the number of cycles of length m in T. It is well known according to U. Colombo (1964) that c4(T)≤c4(RLTn), where RLTn is the unique regular ...locally transitive tournament of order n. In turn, in 1968, A. Kotzig proved that c4(DRn)≤c4(T), where DRn is a doubly-regular tournament of order n. However, the spectral tools allow us to simply show that the converse inequality c5(RLTn)≤c5(T)≤c5(DRn) holds. Recently we have proved that c6(T)≤c6(DRn) and conjectured that c6(RLTn)≤c6(T). For these values of m, the same results can be also formulated for the trace trm(T) of the mth power of the adjacency matrix of T. (We consider this quantity here because it equals the number of closed walks of length m in T.) In the present paper, we determine c7(DRn) and c7(RLTn). Comparing c7(DRn) with c7(RLTn) yields the inequality c7(RLTn)<c7(DRn), while tr7(DRn)<tr7(RLTn) for n≥7. We also present some additional arguments which make it possible to suggest that for each odd n≥9, the two-sided bounds c7(RLTn)≤c7(T)≤c7(DRn) and tr7(DRn)≤tr7(T)≤tr7(RLTn) hold.

The conception of creating mobile radiographic complex based on ironless pulsed betatrons is proposed for radiography of dynamic objects having large optical thicknesses. Realization of this ...conception allows: a) optimizing geometry of the hydrodynamic experiment at the expense of the change of the radiation source and recorder position relatively to the test object, located in the explosion-proof chamber(EPC). Thus, it lets the intensity of the x-ray radiation be increased twice in the recorder plane as compared with available Russian complexes; b) creating an efficient environment protection system at the expense of localization of dangerous explosion products, and a shock wave connected with them; c) significantly decreasing the cost of radiographic complexes, if not building heavy protective casemates and their infrastructure. Instead of them it is possible to use cheap rapidly erected constructions. The mobile radiographic complex is described. Its characteristics, obtained during the testing powering were provided. Thickness of the lead test at 1m from the tantalum target at the limiting energy of the betatron electron beam Elim∼12 MeV( it is determined by the value of a capacitive storage of the pulsed powering system of the electromagnet) was ∼115 mm. Conception of a multibeam complex creation based on ironless pulsed betatrons for small-angle tomography was also considered.
