Formalin dan rhodamin b merupakan bahan kimia berbahaya yang paling sering disalah gunakan sebagai bahan tambahan pangan sesuai dengan laporan BPOM 2017 yang menunjukkan penyalahgunaan rhodamin ...mencapai 36% sedangkan formalin mencapai 32% padahal hal ini sudah dilarang oleh pemerintah yang telah tertuang dalam SK maupun peraturan kemenkes. Alat ini bermanfaat untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mendeteksi formalin dan rhodamin b, dengan desain yang kecil dan memiliki sumber daya internal alat ini bisa dibawa ke berbagai tempat dengan mudah dan dioperasikan secara langsung tanpa mencari sumber daya PLN. Alat ini memanfaatkan sensor MQ-138 yang berupa sensor gas untuk mendeteksi formalin dan photodiode untuk mendeteksi rhodamin b dengan arduino nano sebagai pusat pengendali dan hasilnya ditampilkan melalui OLED( Organic Light-Emitting Diod). Pada pengujian formalin memiliki nilai error 7% - 17% pada bahan tahu, ikan, dan mie basah dengan konsentrasi formalin yang berbeda – beda pada tiap bahan dimana pada bahan tahu memiliki akurasi 86%- 92% sementara pada bahan ikan memilki nilai akurasi antara 88% - 93% dan pada bahan mie basah memiliki akurasi antara 83% - 90%. Pengujian rhodamin b menggunakan 3 larutan dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda – beda dengan hasil pengujian menunjukkan error antara 24% - 27% dari ketiga bahan tersebut. Context: Modified polyether ether ketone (PEEK) by adding nano-hydroxyapatite (HA) material on its fixture for mini-implant fabrication may increase resistance force through osseointegration. Aims: ...To analyze the binding molecular docking of PEEK incorporated with HA as a biomaterial candidate for orthodontic mini-implant fabrication through a bioinformatic approach, an in silico study. Methods: 3D ligand structure consisting of HA, PEEK and target proteins consisting of osteopontin, osteocalcin, osteonectin, bone morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4), bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2), bone morphogenetic protein 7 (BMP7), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), runt-related transcription factor 2 (RUNX2), Insulin growth factor-1 (IGF-1), osterix, tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP), collagen alpha-1 (COL1A1) obtained from RCSB-PDB. It was analyzed the binding affinity of a single HA, PEEK, and HA + PEEK complex to twelve target proteins related to osseointegration. The types of chemical interactions produced by the ligands in the target protein domain consisted of Van der Waals, hydrogen, hydrophobic, pi, and alkyl. Results: The blind docking simulation succeeded in identifying the most negative binding affinity; it was found in the HA + PEEK molecular complex compared to HA and PEEK in the single condition. The type of chemical interaction formed consisted of hydrogen, van der Waals, pi, and alkyl. HA+PEEK showed the most negative binding affinity with ALP and IGF-1, as much as -8.7 binding affinity. Conclusions: The molecular docking of PEEK with HA exhibited a prominent binding affinity with osteogenic markers like ALP and IGF-1 in silico, allowing it to have a higher potential than nano-HA or PEEK as a single biomaterial for osseointegration as the fabrication of mini-implants that may support orthodontic treatment.

Hypertension is a condition in which systolic blood pressure is elevated, more than 140 mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure is over 90 mmHg. This disease is also called the “Silent Killer” because it ...has no distinctive symptoms. Non-pharmacological therapy is a therapy that utilizes natural ingredients. Young coconut water is a non-pharmacological treatment for high blood pressure. Young coconut water contains almost all minerals, and potassium (K) is one of the most abundant ingredients in coconut water. Young coconut water is high in potassium, which helps lower blood pressure. So that young coconut water can be used to treat high blood pressure. The methods used are descriptive and based on a case study approach. The case study was based on a family with high blood pressure problems and ineffective health management. Client and family data collection techniques include the stages of assessment, interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation research. The results of the case study, when the client's assessment was carried out, complained of inflammation, dizziness, throbbing headaches, and neck stiffness. When checking the client's imperative signs, the client's blood pressure was 170/110 mmHg. Families don't seem to understand how to care for family members with hypertension, and families also don't seem to take advantage of existing health facilities. The established diagnosis is that family health management is not effective. The nursing plan used is non-pharmacological therapy of young coconut water for 3-day visits to reduce the high blood pressure of clients with hypertension. After implementing the action of giving young coconut water (Cocos nucifera) to lower blood pressure in clients with hypertension, it has been found that young coconut water can lower blood pressure, but drinking coconut water was limited by the short study period of 3 days, so the client's blood pressure was always in the normal range of 150/90 mmHg, which is classified as mild hypertension.

Abstract— HIV adalah virus yang menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh yang selanjutnya meningkatkan kemampuan tubuh untuk melawan infeksi dan penyakit. Sejarah AIDS Virus HIV dikatakan berasal dari ...Kinshasa, Republik Demokratik Kongo. Pada saat itu, para ahli percaya bahwa HIV berasal dari spesies simpanse yang ditularkan ke manusia. Pada simpanse, virus tersebut diberi nama Simian Immunodeficiency Virus atau SIV. Sebelum kemudian menyebabkan penularan HIV pada manusia, penularan virus simpanse ini mungkin berasal dari perburuan simpanse untuk diambil dagingnya, kemudian para pemburu tersebut terkena darah hewan yang terinfeksi. Studi oleh Pusat Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit (CDC) menunjukkan bahwa HIV mungkin telah ditularkan dari simpanse ke manusia sejak akhir 1800-an. Kinshasa adalah kota terbesar di Kongo, kota dengan pertumbuhan tercepat dengan jaringan transportasi yang menjangkau seluruh negeri. Sebuah laporan menyebutkan sejarah di balik penularan HIV AIDS dari Kongo ke seluruh dunia. Maraknya perdagangan seks, pertumbuhan penduduk, dan jarum suntik yang tidak steril di klinik-klinik diduga menjadi penyebab penyebaran virus HIV yang cukup pesat saat itu. Sejarah juga mencatat AIDS kemudian merajalela di Amerika, Eropa, lalu ke seluruh dunia. Untuk memeriksa data yang ada kami menggunakan aplikasi Data Miner untuk memudahkan kami dalam memeriksa data tersebut. masih banyak pasien yang terpapar virus HIV yang artinya masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak sadar akan bahaya virus yang jika tidak segera ditangani virus ini akan memasuki fase akhir yang sangat berbahaya atau yang kita ketahui sebagai AIDS.

AbstractThis study aimed to adapt and validate the Parents Education Anxiety Questionnaire (PEAQ) for the Indonesian context. The sample included 222 parents of school-aged children, predominantly ...mothers (84.7%) and fathers (15.3%). The results indicated that the adapted questionnaire exhibited good reliability, with a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of .90, ensuring internal consistency. Confirmatory factor analysis supported the fit of both first-order and second-order models, confirming the construct validity. Concurrent validity was demonstrated by moderate correlations between PEAQ and SPANE-Positive and SPANE-Negative. These findings highlight the reliability and validity of the Indonesian version of PEAQ, making it a valuable tool for measuring parents’ education anxiety, a crucial aspect for Asian parents, and its impact on children’s academic performance.
Drinking water is a necessity for all living organisms and should be of good quality and free from hazardous contaminants. Chemical agents such as nitrate, nitrite, selenium, chromium, cadmium, ...manganese, cyanide, and fluoride can contaminate drinking water. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the health risks associated with these chemical agents and their potentially harmful effects on workers. The Environmental Health Risk Analysis (EHRA) method was used to evaluate the chemical agents present in the Concentrating Division area of PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI). It was discovered that the average concentration values of all chemical agents were below the Environmental Health Quality Standards (EHQS) established in the Minister of Health Regulation Number 2 of 2023. The risk quotient (RQ) results, obtained through the division of intake and reference dose (RfD), were less than 1 (RQ<1), indicating that chemicals constituting the drinking water found in the Concentrating Division area did not pose health risks to workers. Risk management and communication efforts in the area are unnecessary because the detected chemical agents are considered safe. However, daily supervision of potentially hazardous chemical agents is still necessary.
This research aims to design a stripper positioning system with input in the form of angle values and outputs are the x, y coordinates of each stripper. This system consists of hardware and software. ...The hardware consists of Fx2424 Super PLC, micro-step driver, stepper motor and dc power supply. The software includes Super PLC programming for stepper motor motion using features of the i-TRILOGI program and LabView program for the user interface. The test results show that stripper A with a length of 85 mm, an input angle of 60 degrees, obtained x; y coordinates are 435; 193mm. For stripper B with a length of 85 mm, an input angle of 240 degrees, obtained x; y coordinates are 400; 118 mm. For stripper C with a length of 85 mm, an input angle of 90 degrees, obtained x; y coordinates are 415; 75 mm. Overall test results show that the stripper position control system can be used to rotate and monitor the position of the stripper on the DEC-13 cyclotron.
Mamuju, West Sulawesi, is an area in Indonesia with high radiation levels. A high radiation dose rate was detected in Adang volcanic rock. Activities related to radioactive minerals contained in ...rocks and soil may release hazardous radiation into the environment. The study area generally exhibits a highly irregular morphology that provides limited access because of the high slope gradient of the volcanic terrain. Therefore, it is challenging to identify and map minerals carrying radioactive elements via Sentinel-2 remote sensing. Since optical satellite images are superior in land cover detection, we proposed a mapping technique for radioactive carrier minerals based on vegetation indices verified by chlorophyll field measurements. We applied band rationing to identify the distribution of hydrothermal alteration minerals and vegetation stress, while field chlorophyll measurements of
Dryopteris marginalis
and
Nephrolepis exaltata
were conducted. The Sentinel-2 color composite of images with 4/2, 8A/11, and 11/12 RGB band ratios revealed the distribution of iron oxide, ferromagnesian silicates, and clay minerals. High levels of uranium (U) were scattered in leucite basalt rocks, with a broad distribution of iron oxide minerals and small amounts of ferromagnesian minerals. In contrast, the presence of thorium was not affected by the presence of these minerals. In addition, band rationing of chlorophyll spectra captured by the red edge vegetation index (REVI) was used as the basis for vegetation stress mapping related to radiation exposure based on the chlorophyll content in ferns in the study area. The REVI image showed an anomalous vegetation stress concordant with the high radioactivity. To obtain more accurate results, ground measurements were also performed to identify the vegetation stress due to the presence of minerals carrying radioactive elements. The areas with radioactive mineralization and vegetation stress were located upstream of the Mamuju River and the Botteng and Ahu areas in Tapalang.
