Abstract
This paper focuses on the using augmented reality elements in the educational process, in particular in autonomous learning. The possibility of using interactive semantic networks in ...learning foreign languages is considered. The technology of selection and structuring of specialised terminology on the basis of interactive semantic networks for their further use in the study of foreign languages and mastering automated translation systems has been developed and proposed. The criteria for creating and supplementing terminological databases with appropriate structuring of the domain terminology selected on the basis of interactive semantic networks have been defined, namely universality, structurability, convertibility, extensibility. The possibility of further use of terminology bases for foreign language learning using mobile applications, mastering Computer Aided Translation (CAT) systems, mastering Computer Aided Interpretation (CAI) are outlined. Based on the practical use of the developed technology in the process of autonomous training of translators, positive results have been concretised and areas for further activities in their technological training have been identified.

Abstract
This article is an attempt to rethink the concepts of “methodic” and “methodologic / methodical system” as basic to educational technology. What should be the structure of a methodical ...system? What is primary – the methodical system or the methodology? How are methodical systems created and developed? How do educational technology and a methodical system relate? How does changing the components of a system make it emergent? These and other issues are explored through the development of a new class of teaching methods – computer-based training systems.
We uncover the fine structure of a silicon vacancy in isotopically purified silicon carbide (4H-SiC28 ) and reveal not yet considered terms in the spin Hamiltonian, originated from the trigonal ...pyramidal symmetry of this spin-3/2 color center. These terms give rise to additional spin transitions, which would be otherwise forbidden, and lead to a level anticrossing in an external magnetic field. We observe a sharp variation of the photoluminescence intensity in the vicinity of this level anticrossing, which can be used for a purely all-optical sensing of the magnetic field. We achieve dc magnetic field sensitivity better than 100nT/Hz within a volume of 3×10−7mm3 at room temperature and demonstrate that this contactless method is robust at high temperatures up to at least 500 K. As our approach does not require application of radio-frequency fields, it is scalable to much larger volumes. For an optimized light-trapping waveguide of 3mm3 , the projection noise limit is below 100fT/Hz .

Structural characteristics and magnetic properties with respect to magnetocaloric effect was studied in the nanocomposite systems consisting of Gd2O3 nanoparticles embedded in the regular pores of amorphous silica matrix. The particles of size 2–16 nm were prepared by nanocasting method within the pores of periodic silica matrices of hexagonal (SBA15 type) and cubic (SBA16 type) symmetries. Magnetocaloric response of the systems was examined in the applied fields up to 9 T in the low temperature region ranging from 0.4 K to 55 K. The data obtained from the measurements of the heat capacity Cp(H,T) revealed a peak at temperature below 10 K. Taking into account the superposition principle, the contributions corresponding to the lattice and the magnetic subsystem heat capacities were analyzed separately. The high value of magnetic entropy change |ΔSM| = ~27 JK−1kg−1 and |ΔSM| = 37 JK−1kg−1 for the systems with hexagonal and cubic matrices, respectively were observed at the temperature close to 2 K under field change from 0 to 9 T. The evidence on considerable high |ΔSM| values along with the large surface area of mesoporous silica, easy and reproducible preparation manifest some extra advantages over the conventional refrigeration technology.

We studied protein metabolism in Holsteinized black-and-white cattle. The researches were conducted in the Kuzbass at OJC «Vaganovo». Blood sample was taken from each cow, according to generally ...accepted of methods and analyzed in the laboratory of biochemistry from Novosibirsk State Agrarian University by using standard kits of biochemical studies on a biochemical semiautomatic analyzer Photometer 5010 V5 +. The indicators of protein metabolism were established in the blood serum of Holsteinized black-and-white cattle in average values; creatinine was characterized by the lowest phenotypic variability. The greatest positive relationship was found between albumin/globulin coefficients and albumin (r = 0.765). The reference intervals were calculated for cows of the 3rd lactation of the Holsteinized black-and-white breed with a high level of milk productivity (9-10 thousand kg): total protein 62.02-87.58 g / l; albumin 21.05-36.09 g / l; urea 2.2-4 mmol / l; creatinine 50-71 μmol / l; albumin-globulin coefficients 0.35-1.16. The data obtained can be used for assess the interior of animals.
Abstract
The issues of ensuring the ecological safety of the region`s population are actualized in the context of the growth increasing in the natural resources, accompanied by the increase in ...anthropogenic pressures on the environment and humans, aggravation of environmental problems, deterioration of the life quality and environmental conditions of activity in the region. The aim of the study is to develop the theoretical foundations for ensuring the ecological safety of the population of the region on the basis of a logistic-activity approach to its formation in the context of legal regulation of the environmental management process as a factor in achieving sustainable development goals and increasing energy efficiency.Using the methods of economic and mathematical modeling it is substantiated the existence of the relationship between the level of ecological safety of the region’s population and the amount of the funds from the budget allocated to finance environmental programs. Improving the legal regulation of the processes of ensuring the ecological safety of the region’s population for optimizing the budget expenditures for the implementation of environmental programs will create the conditions for realizing the economic potential of the region’s development, increasing the level and quality of life of the population.
A method against dust pollution of dielectric surfaces has been proposed. The dust removal is achieved applying alternating electric fields of special geometry created by the linear electrodynamic ...Paul traps, which polarize dust particles on the surface of the dielectric and draw them into the interelectrode space of the trap. The captured dust can be moved without contact with the solar panel surface toward the electrodes ends in a special container by an additional constant electric field. The feasibility of the approach was demonstrated by a series of experiments on the removal of aluminium oxide and sand particles of various sizes from a glass surface and solar panels. The cleaning rate for 7090 μm particles uniformly scattered on the glass substrate inclined at 20∘ was 92%. The capture of a single particle was analyzed using numerical simulations and the conditions necessary for its capturing and levitating were determined.
•Sand can be removed from the surface of solar panels using the Paul trap.•Particles are removed without contact with surface due to levitation in the trap.•Cleaning surface by Paul trap is effective for particles smaller 200 microns

An experimental study was conducted to investigate the magnetic properties of dysprosium-doped phosphate glasses. Low-temperature (LT) measurements of the specific heat of Dy(PO3)3 were performed in the range of 0.38–300 K in the magnetic fields up to 9 T. The LT specific heat of amorphous materials is characterized by the presence of a broad maximum named boson peak (BP). The LT specific heat of the Dy-doped sample is dominated by the magnetic contribution, which overlaps the BP. Due to that reason, the specific heat of Y(PO3)3 nonmagnetic glasses was also measured at the same temperature range, revealing the BP at 12–14 K.
The magnetic susceptibility was measured from 1.8 K up to room temperature, yielding the effective magnetic moment of 10.65 μB, which is close to the theoretical prediction for Dy3+. Magnetization curves were measured up to B = 5 T with temperatures ranging from 2 to 50 K.
X-band electron-paramagnetic resonance spectra were measured from 0 to 1 T, revealing a maximum at 100 mT. The line achieves maximal intensity at temperatures around 12–14 K, which coincides with the appearance of BP in specific heat. The coincidence suggests the presence of the magnetoelastic coupling between the ground quasi-doublet and boson peak.
Background. Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare and clinically aggressive lymphoma subtype. Current approaches have greatly improved patients outcomes, but relapse is inevitable. In phase IIIII ...clinical trials, ibrutinib has shown significant activity in patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) MCL.
Aim. To assess efficacy and toxicity of ibrutinib monotherapy in patients with R/R MCL in routine practice outside of clinical trials.
Materials and methods. The study enrolled patients with confirmed R/R MCL who had received at least one line of previous chemotherapy. ECOG 24, cytopenia, infectious complications, hemorrhagic syndrome were not exclusion criteria. Patients received daily oral ibrutinib 560 mg until progression or unacceptable toxicity.
Results. From May 2015 to September 2020 ibrutinib therapy was started in 106 patients with R/R MCL in 16 regions of Russia. The median age was 66 years; ECOG2 18%, blastoid variant (or Ki6740% or WBC50109/l) 43%. The median number of previous treatment lines was 2 (111). The ORR was 78.4% (CRR 27.4%). The median PFS was 13.6 months and OS 23.2 months. In the blastoid group the median PFS was 4.4 months vs 36.5 months in the alternative group (p0.001), the median OS 9.0 vs 41.0 (p=0.001). The median OS of patients after progression on ibrutinib was 3.2 months.
The common complications are hemorrhages (63%), diarrhea (62%), myalgia and muscle cramps (60%), infections (31%), skin and nail toxicity 15%, arrhythmia 8%. None of recipients had to completely discontinue ibrutinib therapy due to complications.
Conclusion. Ibrutinib is effective and well tolerated in routine practice of R/R MCL treatment and our results are consistent with international clinical trials. The favorable toxicity profile and the high response rate made it possible to prescribe ibrutinib in severe somatic status, cytopenia, and even in the presence of infectious complications.
