Multi-label text classification (MLTC) is the task that assigns each document to the most relevant subset of class labels. Previous works usually ignored the correlation and semantics of labels ...resulting in information loss. To deal with this problem, we propose a new model that explores label dependencies and semantics by using graph convolutional networks (GCN). Particularly, we introduce an efficient correlation matrix to model label correlation based on occurrence and co-occurrence probabilities. To enrich the semantic information of labels, we design a method to use external information from Wikipedia for label embeddings. Correlated label information learned from GCN is combined with fine-grained document representation generated from another sub-net for classification. Experimental results on three benchmark datasets show that our model outweighs prior state-of-the-art methods. Ablation studies also show several aspects of the proposed model. Southeast Asia plays a key role in the evolution of the eastern Tethys, which is characterized by accretion and amalgamation of numerous terranes since early Paleozoic. In the present study, an early ...Paleozoic granitoid sequence from the Kontum massif in the central Indochina block was investigated to reveal the early Paleozoic accretionary orogenesis of the eastern Tethys. Early Paleozoic Kontum granitoids include diorites and granites. Early Ordovician (485–473 Ma) Ben Giang diorites show high Mg#, Cr and Ni contents, and negative Nb-Ta and positive Pb anomalies as well as positive zircon ɛHf(t) values (+6.2 to +10), probably reflecting the melting of a metasomatized mantle wedge. Late Ordovician (457–453 Ma) Dien Binh hornblende-bearing diorites and granites exhibit low Mg#, Cr and Ni contents, and negative Nb-Ta and positive Pb anomalies as well as negative zircon ɛHf(t) values (−8.7 to −4.2), which is interpreted to reflect the reworking of ancient continental mafic crust during subduction. In contrast, the Silurian (422 Ma) Dai Loc muscovite-bearing granites are characterized by relatively high A/CNK and heavy rare earth element contents, and a negative Eu anomaly, corresponding to a typical S-type granite affinity. Their negative zircon ɛHf(t) values (−6.0 to +0.6) suggest that a petrogenesis linked to reworking of crustal sediments. In combination with the widespread occurrence of coeval high-pressure metamorphism, we suggest that an advancing accretionary orogenesis was responsible for the generation of the early Paleozoic magmatic arc in the Kontum massif. Such magmatic arc systems dominated the early Paleozoic evolution of the northern Gondwana margin during the subduction of the Proto-Tethys.

The fatigue performance of polypropylene (PP) at various amplitudes and frequencies on fatigue cycles under tensile test conditions is investigated in this study. The results show that increasing the ...frequency leads to a decrease in fatigue cycles due to increased cycle time. The decline rate can be divided into two stages, between 1 and 5 Hz. The first stage rapidly decreases fatigue performance as the frequency increases from 1 Hz to 2 Hz or 3 Hz. The second stage has a lower reduction rate, which occurs between 2 Hz or 3 Hz and 5 Hz due to the strengthening effect of increasing frequency. Furthermore, increasing the amplitude from 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm reduces the fatigue cycle due to the higher deformation rate. In summary, expanding both amplitude and frequency reduces the fatigue performance of the PP material. Moreover, according to the scanning electron microscope microstructure, increasing the frequency results in more microcracks in the polymer matrix.
Weld line defects, commonly occurring during the plastic product manufacturing process, are caused by the merging of two opposing streams of molten plastic. The presence of weld lines harms the ...product’s aesthetic appeal and durability. This study uses artificial neural networks to forecast the ultimate tensile strength of a PA6 composite incorporating 30% glass fibers (GFs). Data were collected from tensile strength tests and the technical parameters of injection molding. The packing pressure factor is the one that significantly affects the tensile strength value. The melt temperature has a significant impact on the product’s strength as well. In contrast, the filling time factor has less impact than other factors. According to the scanning electron microscope result, the smooth fracture surface indicates the weld line area’s high brittleness. Fiber bridging across the weld line area is evident in numerous fractured GF pieces on the fracture surface, which enhances this area. Tensile strength values vary based on the injection parameters, from 65.51 MPa to 73.19 MPa. In addition, the experimental data comprise the outcomes of the artificial neural networks (ANNs), with the maximum relative variation being only 4.63%. The results could improve the PA6 reinforced with 30% GF injection molding procedure with weld lines. In further research, mold temperature improvement should be considered an exemplary method for enhancing the weld line strength.

The obtained fungus was grown on isoflavones-rich soybean extract to produce genistein and daidzein, achieving the conversion rate of 98.7%. Genistein and daidzein were isolated and purified by column chromatography using hexane/acetone (29:1/1:1), reaching purities of over 90% of total isoflavones, as identified and determined by TLC, LC-MS/MS, and
H and
C NMR spectroscopy. These results imply that the isolated
is a potential fungal strain for industrial-scale production of genistein and daidzein from isoflavones-containing soybean extracts. These products may serve as potential raw materials for manufacture of functional foods that are based on aglycones.
The wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) technique has evolved into a cutting-edge 3D printing technique. This study surveys the influences of trajectory on the characteristics of low-carbon steel ...samples generated by the WAAM technique. The results show that the grains in the WAAM samples are isotropic, with grain size numbers ranging from 7 to 12. Strategy 3, with a spiral trajectory, has the smallest grain size, while strategy 2, with a lean zigzag trajectory, has the largest. The variations in grain size are caused by differences in heat input and output during the printing process. The WAAM samples achieve a significantly higher UTS value than the original wire, demonstrating the WAAM technique's benefit. Strategy 3, with a spiral trajectory, achieves the highest UTS value, 616.5 MPa, 24% higher than the original wire. The UTS values of strategy 1 (horizontal zigzag trajectory) and strategy 4 (curve zigzag trajectory) are comparable. WAAM samples have significantly higher elongation values than the original wire, with only 22% elongation. The sample with the highest elongation value, 47.2%, was produced by strategy 3. Strategy 2 has an elongation value of 37.9%. The value of elongation is proportional to the value of UTS. WAAM samples have average elastic modulus values of 95.8 GPa, 173.3 GPa, 92.2 GPa, and 83.9 GPa, corresponding to strategies 1, 2, 3, and 4. Only a strategy 2 sample has a similar elastic modulus value to the original wire. All samples have dimples on the fracture surface, indicating that the WAAM samples are ductile. These fracture surfaces' equiaxial shape corresponds to the original microstructure's equiaxial shape. The results provide the optimal trajectory for the WAAM products is the spiral trajectory, while the lean zigzag trajectory gains only modest characteristics.
A new oxygenated spiroketone, isodonspiroketone (1), and 4 known ones (2-5) were isolated from the whole plant of Isodon ternifolius (D.Don) Kudô. The structure of isodonspiroketone (1) was ...determined by nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectroscopy, and circular dichroism spectral data. Compound 3 has not been previously isolated from I. ternifolius. Their cytotoxic activities were evaluated against A549, HepG2, and MDA-MB-231 cancer cell lines in vitro. New compound (isodonspiroketone, 1) showed moderate cytotoxic activities against A549, HepG2, and MDA-MB-231 cancer cell lines with half-maximal inhibitory concentration values of 23.84 ± 2.73, 27.77 ± 3.01, and 17.26 ± 1.61 μM, respectively; meanwhile, the others were inactive.
